Gladstone Clinic - Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Danville, CA

Update: Initially I gave a 1 star review for my experience with customer service. But I am now changing my review to a 5 star. I went to my rescheduled appointment. The office staff was very polite, two women were at the front desk they were very polite. The office is clean and refreshments are offered. The Dr I saw was very straight forward and into his work which is a good thing. The assistant was great, overall I was pleased with my visit, the customer service was actually great in office. This review isn’t based on any type of treatment, it’s more so based on customer service as a new client. I am a new client and I had an appointment but my gps got me lost. I drove all the way from Pleasanton to Danville I called and asked for help to find the right location and it was literally one minute from where I was, once I input the correct address. The person on the phone told me I needed to reschedule my appointment she said the grace period was only 5 minutes which I was never told when I scheduled the appointment. Most places allow a 10 -15 minute grace period. I was literally 8 minutes late and was 1 minute away which is under 10 minutes. Not to mention I was called and asked if I wanted to come in a little earlier than my actual appointment that day and I said no thank you. I just feel like the customer service was not great. To make a new patient reschedule and she’s literally under 10 minutes late and first time finding the office is just so inconsiderate. So I ended up driving 20 minutes back to Pleasanton after driving all the way to Danville and being forced to turn around because I was a tad bit late after getting lost. That’s a 40 minute drive there and back and wasted time. Great way to treat a new patient, hopefully the services are better than the actual customer service.

Dr. Gladstone’s office and team are terrific! I was concerned about a skin issue and the front desk coordinator offered an appointment right away to see Jackie the PA. She took care of the issue and I feel so much better! Thank you!!

Jackie is the absolute best! Professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during my laser hair removal appointment. I can’t recommend her enough. I will be returning to her for all of my cosmetic and medical dermatology needs!

Every visit to the Gladstone Clinic is consistent. Safe and easy check in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Gladstone is on time, thorough and explains what he is doing as he performs a check up. It is very obvious that the entire staff is committed to providing a quality experience for each client. The front office staff was very competent, helpful, caring, and efficient. Reyna and the Office Manager were very knowledgeable and caring. Ron (their NP) was very competent and reassuring as well. Dr. Gladstone was very focused, competent, caring and reassuring. He answered all of my concerns and has a wonderful chair side manner. He was able to perform my MOHS surgery with precision and nearly pain free. I'm very grateful that he is my Dermatologist. I will continue to see Dr. Gladstone for as long as he is in practice. Overall I had an excellent experience with the Gladstone Clinic and would recommend them to anyone.
