My outrage and disappointment with the unacceptable treatment I received from your staff today. I attempted to schedule an appointment for my son, a Husky patient, and encountered: 1. Initial refusal due to being a "new Husky patient." 2. Transfer to billing, citing a $10 balance. 3. Clearance of the balance, only to be transferred back. 4. Subsequent refusal, citing inability to see "new patients." Then, I spoke with Manager LUZY (if not mistaken) who: 1. Denied appointment despite my offer to pay out-of-pocket. 2. Displayed a condescending attitude, implying having Husky insurance was problematic. I feel discriminated against based on my insurance provider. Your staff's behavior was insensitive, unprofessional, and alarming. I request: 1. Immediate attention to this matter. 2. Staff training on insurance acceptance and patient respect. 3. Assurance that your facility does not discriminate based on insurance. I will seek alternative healthcare. Update on 10/15/2024 7:00 PM (response based on your message today since i cannot reply on your message below) As no one from your CFO/COO's office reached out, we've scheduled an appointment with another professional. Unfortunately, the lack of response speaks volumes about your office's priorities.

I honestly really like this office and the doctors/providers here. However it is IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone with ANYONE. Always goes to voicemail, when you leave a voicemail no one calls you back. When someone does answer, if ever, they’re usually very rude. The lack of communication will force me to switch dermatology offices sadly.

I just called the office looking to schedule an appointment for my child. A woman that picked up said she couldn’t hear me, I asked that she give me a second and I’ll move. She clearly heard me and hung up. I called back and got another woman to answer, thinking I’d give them a chance. But when I advised her what happened, she shrugged it off with an attitude. I told her never mind and that if they could act like that for a new patient it wouldn’t be worth my time.

Do NOT I repeat DO NOT schedule with these people. For one its almost impossible to get in touch with them for two I spoke to a representative pronounced Kindra/Kendra she lied about my referral stating they never received a referral and they don’t understand what’s taking forever but referrals aren’t coming in quick enough. I informed her the referral is definitely there because it was sent in at least 2 months ago, she asked my name and DOB and said it wasn’t there. I then dug through all my paperwork and find the referral and another letter and she said "Oh, well we aren’t scheduling appointments until March of next year." I’m sorry but if you’re overbooked to the point you can’t fit anyone in within a month, you can’t possibly care for each and every patient you have. I have been to tons of specialists and I have never had to wait 5-6 months for a visit. And anyone in their right mind won’t wait that long unless it’s a follow up appointment. Also, their call back feature on their phone system doesn’t work, considering I’ve been trying to contact them since June and they still have yet to call me back every time I click that option. Pathetic

Advanced Specialty Care and Dermatology Specialty Care I can not say enough positive things about these doctors and the office. I saw Dr. Islam today. He is professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you, Sincerely, Mary. My husband was seen by Dr. Timerman a few weeks ago. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, professional he took great care of my husband. Thank you, from Jim.
