I won't go anywhere else or to anybody else but Skin Pharm and Taylor Peck! She has truly made me feel the most confident in my skin. While preparing for my wedding, she built a perfect plan that addressed all of my concerns and then some. I had never been happier with my skin than I was on my wedding day which felt so special. Turned me into a quick lifetime member of her services!! lol Also, the Dallas office is stunning and so aesthetic which makes it a very comfortable place to be poked! Haha

Hannah is an absolute QUEEN! I am a 39yo that has been getting botox/filler done for the last 15 years. I have moved several times, requiring me to find new providers, and I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to have found her! In the past I have had great providers (instructors for allergan/master/ect) and I have had sub par with bad experiences...and out of ALL of my experiences, Hannah is top tier and the absolute best. She cares. She listens. She collaborates with you. She is an artist and is only going to tie her name to quality work. If she tells you no, listen. If she wants to go slow, listen. This is a sign of a quality provider. I did a year long process of dissolving my lips and rebuilding them with her as a new client a year ago. Did I want to do that? Absolutely not. Who wants to go several months with deflated lips and tissue surrounding (from migrated filler). But I decided to trust her from the first visit with how sincere, educated and empathetic she was (literally brought tears to my eyes from having someone care about my face as much as me). Best decision ever. I also get microneedling with PRP done with her, some sculptra and just finished up a multistep temple filler. She also helped me clear up dermatitis I was fighting with her background in derm. I'm SO happy and with deep gratitude with her work! @skinpharm please take care of this one! I always look forward to my visits with her. Her energy is consistently magnetic. Even on her bad days, which we all have, you would never know as a client unless she tells you. @Hannah...thank you. Thank you for making me feel like a better version of myself as I fight the good fight of perimenopausal aging haha. You make peoples' days brighter just by being yourself, and you make people feel better about themselves with the passion and energy you bring to your work.

Skin Pharm in Dallas is my go to for skin care, treatments, and an amazing product line. I travel from AZ. The personalized care is incomparable! Isabelle Burdick listens to my concerns, and with her expertise, helps to form a comprehensive plan. We re- evaluate along the way, noting how my skin responds. I love how detailed Isabelle is when explaining my options . She is patient, thorough, and gentle. I am beyond impressed! I am currently loving the PRP microneedling. WOW! My skin is radiant and appears more youthful. I have never felt so confident at this age! From the moment you walk through the doors into the reception area, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and pampered. The ambiance is exquisite! And the results of my visits keep me coming back. I see Molly at Skin Pharm Dallas and have had an amazing experience at every appointment! Everyone in the office is so welcoming, the vibes are immaculate, and the time Molly takes to help give me beautiful skin is so intentional. I never feel like she is rushing through my appointment and makes me (an anxious girly) feel right at home every time. Today I got a Gold Infusion Facial (my favorite because of the minimal downtime and quick results)!

My superbowl is walking into SkinPharm on a Friday morning - like truly without fail it always smells phenomenal & is so bright and clean. The gorgeous front desk staff are always so friendly and greet you with the biggest smiles -- it is impossible not to feel like a million bucks walking out of their office!!

My practitioner, Hannah, was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the procedure itself and the personalized skincare plan she created for me. She is the reason I would consider coming back. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk with Lauren was the opposite. When I called to ask about moving my appointment, I was told no and that there would be a fee if I canceled, which I accepted. I explained that I was driving an hour in Dallas traffic and might be a little late. Later, however, Lauren called me back and said if I was more than 10 minutes late, my appointment would be canceled. I told her I might be 11–12 minutes late, and had even canceled one of my own patients to make it work, but the way she delivered this was incredibly condescending and dismissive. It wasn’t the policy itself, but the way she spoke to me and talked down to me in a way that felt unprofessional and unwelcome. I thought it might just be me until I went back through the reviews and saw that another person mentioned a very similar experience with Lauren. As a healthcare practice owner myself, I know how important the front desk is in representing the brand. If one of my staff spoke to a patient this way, I would want to know and address it immediately. While Hannah was excellent, the front desk experience with Lauren left me walking away not wanting to return.
