CHI Health Clinic Family Medicine/Pediatrics (Valley View)

We were visiting the CB area and ended up needing to have our 2-year-old seen. This clinic was fantastic. The wait was not terribly long (considering we walked in with no appointment). We saw a doctor and got an X-ray, and everyone involved was knowledgeable and kind. We have family in the area so we are around often, and we would definitely come back (hopefully we won’t have to, but with kids, one never knows). Thank you.

Staff did an amazing job at getting me in as fast as possible. The staff and Dr were very friendly and gave me instructions on what I needed to do!

Been with the same doctor for over 30 years. Dr. J Greg Thomas is an awesome doctor and I can't say enough about him. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will keep going back:)

Seemed to go good, l rolled my ankle went for exam and xray on a Tuesday morning it's Friday night still No results. I've been working and everything is need to with no idea if it's fractured or not. Very unprofessional!

Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff to assist with any and all needs my family has! We've never had any issues other than an occasional long wait which can be expected with primary care and urgent care combined into one location. I'm glad they opened this on the East side of town as it makes our appointments much easier to get to compared to when we were across town on Broadway. Only complaint I have is the phone system having so many different lines you have to go through to get a person sometimes (depending on what needs you have).
