If zero stars were possible that would be the number they deserve. The scheduler was rude, condescending and should not be working in this position. If you want to be made to feel small and insignificant and that you are wasting their time this is the place for you. ALL THEY WERE INTERESTED WAS MY POLICY NUMBER FOR MY INSURANCE, THATS WHERE ANY CARING ENDED. I’ve gone to Dr. Kemper previously and I know he would be ashamed of what this place has become. Well looks like I need a new Doc.

Saw Dr Miscke. 2nd visit. 1st visit I was hr late and he showed grace,and still saw me. Today did couple procedures. Professional, kind, explained what he's doing. Pleasant Professional staff

I saw Dr. Mischke for my accurate journey and follow-up care related to my reoccruing acne after going on accurate. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite recurring acne issues post-treatment, he brushed off my concerns and repeatedly mentioned that he would feel comfortable putting his own child on Accutane—completely disregarding my hesitation and questions. His tone came off as belittling, and the entire appointment lasted no more than five minutes. It was clear he hadn’t reviewed my chart beforehand, as he attempted to prescribe a medication he had already put me on a year ago. This lack of preparation and attention to detail is unacceptable. Dr. Mischke appeared more focused on moving quickly through patients than on providing thoughtful, individualized care. I would strongly advise against seeing him. He relies on a one-size-fits-all approach and shows little regard for patient history or concerns. This was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience that left me feeling unheard and dismissed.

Dr. Swick is easily the best Dr I've ever met. She treated me the same day as my first appointment. She genuinely cares and is so knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does but she is also a great person. I am happy I found her. I recommend everyone I know. Such a breath of fresh air after having so many bad experiences.

I have been to this office several times from 2013 to 2023, most recent being Nov and Dec 2023. Each time I request to see Dr Mischke, he has been great. I love how efficient he works and they have been thorough with the exam and and treatment. His communication style meshes well with mine and after all these years I have e a high degree of trust in his care… he does a great job with stitches too!!

Saw Dr today and he and his assistant were amazing! I can't even see where the sutures were placed. Thank you

I don't recommend this place. For running with COVID for 2 years now, they do not have their technology figured out. I had an online visit scheduled and called to confirm it was online prior to the date. They said I had issues with my technology, but that is not true. I had all their applications installed and never got a call. There called, but it was an issue with a different patient they talked about. I got bumped and now am waiting at my phone hour and a half later for my visit. I called to confirm it wasn't me with technology and it isn't I'm waiting to fit in. Seriously, I don't trust this place or their Dr.s. I have had bad experiences in office and online. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY.
