I had a wonderful appointment with Steph. She was professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment I received was excellent. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful receptionists. Their attitudes are always extreme condescending and nonchalant. They also never answer the phone. Doctor doesn’t truly appear concerned with patient’s issues. She spends all of 2 minutes speaking with you and sends you on your way. Felt like a pointless appointment every time we went. Just a waste of time and gas. I’ve had countless negative encounters and decided not to return. Would not recommend at all!

I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Rose! I had 6 IPL treatments and Rose made sure I understood the process and was comfortable with every step. Her calming presence and professionalism made all the difference. She is such a genuinely kind person and I highly recommend her. Thank you Rose!🌹

I have had several non-invasive facial procedures done by Stephanie. She is friendly and very proficient in using the various equipment. I appreciate that she isn't pushy and will offer suggestions for additional services only when I inquire first. I trust her knowledge and skill to provide great outcomes for me.

Ive been a patient here for years. I would have given a 5 star review before a couple fo years ago. However the quality of their Nurse Practitioners and service has gone downhill. Years ago, they were thorough and took time with each patient. Now they rush through and just try to get to the next patient. And provide misinformation which leads to confusion in billing. Unhappy customer. Now to find a new dermatologist...

I see Nurse Practitioner Dathao at Medical and Aesthetic Dermatology and recently had my annual skin scan with her. I have also seen her for other skin concerns. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. She is also very kind and personable, which makes visits comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Medical assistant and front desk no issues. Dr Henderson…well i feel like she was kind of rude spoke over me really no bedside manner. It was not a warm experience given that im half dressed and showing items that are uncomfortable. I was really excited at first that she was a black doctor and could have been relatable. She seemed angry and our visit more of an inconvenience. If i return to the practice i will be selecting another doc.
