Uderm - Dermatology & Mohs Surgery | Ooltewah

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. The front desk lady named Jennifer is one of THE MOST unprofessional employees you could ever have as a representation of your company. Very upsetting that she is the first point of contact for patients who come to this practice for a service when it is very clear that she does not want to be there. She likes to ignore patients when they come in for their appointments and is extremely rude. It seems as though she likes to hide under the desk rather than helping the other two front desk employees (one who is heavily pregnant) with checking in and assisting patients with anything.

Yesterday was my first visit to Uderm Dermatology Ooltewah location. In the past, I had gone to the Uderm Hixson location and everyone there was great but the Ooltewah location is much more convenient for me. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the office staff who took care of the paperwork. The office was comfortable, clean, and calm. I got there a few minutes early and I was taken back at my appointment time. Dr Limone introduced herself to me and had already familiarized herself with my file ahead of time. She immediately put me at ease with her welcoming demeanor. Dr Limone was very kind, professional and respectful during the skin examination. There were a few concerns that she treated with liquid nitrogen which didn’t surprise me based on my history. Her assistant made sure I understood all the follow up instructions before I left. It was a very good first visit at the Ooltewah office with Dr Limone. I am very pleased with the Uderm Ooltewah location. If anyone is looking for a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr Limone. You will be pleased.

I have been a patient now at uderm for a few months now . The folks here are amazing . They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs . Dr Miller is a great doctor . He too is very caring and knowledgeable about his job and a very pleasant person . And all of the staff from the receptionists to the nurses and beyond they are wonderful. Keep up the great work team uderm . You all are fantastic!

Everything From the front desk, to being taken back by the nurse, my wait time, to seeing Dr Limone, was a great experience. Everyone is so warm, professional & accommodating. Dr Limone listens to my concerns & questions & gives me great alternatives that will work for me. I love my Uderm team!!!!

The doctor and the doctors assistant were both very friendly and knowledgeable.They were very patient and took time to explain everything. The front desk staff were very friendly and inviting. I felt very comfortable and it was a great experience.

Making an appointment was easy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I felt like Dr. Miller was very pleasant, answered all my questions and he was thorough. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you enter the facility. Entire staff is professional and genuinely caring. Dr.Reagan is the best!!
