The staff here is incredible.The nurses are always so attentive and helpful when I get IV’s. The staff makes sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. They take good care of you! Highly recommend!

Pros: it’s a great place to truly feel better, full of some of the kindest people. I’ve had IVs and Facials and all have been wonderful for exactly what I needed them for. Cons: you lose your points shortly after you cancel your membership and I had booked a much needed last IV with my points, wasn’t told they’d be expired and they were. Also, some of the techs stick once and some stick multiple times and not just me (so I know I was not the problem). Overall, when our finances level out, I’ll be back! It’s a great place. Perfect for relaxing, getting revived, helpful for when you’re sick or feeling down and no one ever made me feel less than… and I appreciate that!

Restore College Station is the best! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I always feel better after having the IV therapy.

I really enjoyed my experience at restore. I can tell when I get dehydrated. I had gastric bypass and it happens easily. I went to them on a whim and it was great. The compression boots are amazing and complimentary with any service! Memberships are pricey, but you definitely get a lot for the money. If you can afford it, I would definitely get a membership! Will return if I become dehydrated again.

I have been a faithful member since 2021! Love all the services offered and the staff and the owners are overachievers when it comes to customer satisfaction!

New to IV Drip. Decided on Restore Hyper Wellness instead of local mobile services. I thought I would get better tailored service. I was epically wrong. 1:15 appointment. Didn't start until 1:40. No big deal so far. Customer service was very average. Nothing was done to make me want to come back. Very basic minimal Customer service. Different options were ever offered. The nurse and I talked about the 50% off special for new IV Drip customers. She did mention that I may not get the full 50% off because 20mg of Vitamin C wasn't on the basic list or something like that..... again not much explanation given. IV drip went fine. Now it's time to pay. The front desk girl was very friendly. No problem with her. She tells me the 50% discount won't apply. I told her to talk to the nurse that I just spoke with about this. She went back and returned a couple minutes later. To my dismay, she said no discount would be honored. Again, no blame to the front desk girl. I found it very gross and unprofessional for the nurse to now say no discount, and didn't even come up to the front desk to tell me. She made the front desk girl come break the news to me. The discount thing was just the cherry on the top. I still had intention on coming back, if the IV drip made me feel good. Advise for Restore. If you set expectations with a customer, the WORSE thing you could do is renig on it. There is ZERO chance I will be returning. I'll have to take a chance on one of the local mobile services.
