I have been considering Botox for many years and when I finally decided to get my Botox, I reached out to Shelly. As a registered nurse myself, I did a lot of research and saw so many options to where I can obtain treatment for Botox. I didn't realize all the science behind Botox and the importance of thoroughly understanding the muscle, bone, and vascular structure of the face prior to administering the treatment. I was so glad that Shelly is a Nurse by background but more importantly, her experience learning from renowned plastic surgeons. I almost considered those chain clinics but gosh, so very glad I didn't. It left me wondering how the non-clinical Botox Technicians were trained but guaranteed, not to the extent I would feel comfortable with. It was a great experience and Shelly checked in on me a few times after my treatment to make sure that I was following the instructions and if I had any additional questions.I just had my second visit months later and waited to write this review once I had some time with the treatment, and I can say, I am over the moon with the results. if you are considering any kind of skin care, go see Shelly.

Dr. Shelly is so knowledgeable and has such a calming demeanor, which helped calm me when discussing the PRP and micro needling procedure. I hate needles and pain, but she was patient and reassured me at every step of the procedure. While the procedure is not completely painless, it was not as bad as I thought. Dr. Shelly has a great bedside manner and I have returned for a total of two treatments already. While I have always taken very good care of my skin, avoided the sun on my face and chest, and have used the ZO Skin Health products since they have been available, the PRP and micro needling treatments has taken my 60 yr old skin to another level. I love her conservative approach to skin health and a more natural look. I am personally tired of seeing women my age looking overfilled, with frozen faces, and so unnatural looking.
