Been coming here for over a decade and have never had a negative experience. I love the fact that this location offers just about every type of medical service. Adrian Fishkin is the best and I highly recommend seeing her for your needs. And the lab at Summit is one of the best I’ve been to. They draw blood painlessly and flawlessly every time. I don’t even feel the needle going in. Fantastic place to take care of your medical needs.

I recently went to Summit Health Brighton for my annual preventive visit and ended up really disappointed with the billing practices. What should have been a straightforward yearly check-up was billed as both a preventive visit and a separate office visit, just because small additional items were brought up (which the doctor inquired about). It makes me feel like I shouldn’t say anything beyond "I’m here for my physical," or answer normal questions honestly, because any minor issue can turn into an extra office visit charge and copay. After looking at other reviews, I can see I’m not the only one who has had this experience, so it feels like a broader pattern of aggressive billing rather than a one-off mistake. The doctor was fine—professional and polite—but nothing particularly special to justify leaving with surprise charges. I’d caution anyone coming here for an annual check-up to be very clear up front about what will be billed as preventive vs. an additional office visit, so you don’t get unexpected bills afterward.

Doctors are great....system to get you to them is deliberately HORRIBLE. SLOW central calling , they purposely Route you to wrong departments ( just done again 5 minutes ago) and only really want to treat you whdn u call way ahead....otherwise come see their Urgent Center (why can't I just get to another doctor). Doctors hate to hear how poor it is, but tgey get us healthier...as the sicker can't get in!

Since I began at this clinic, most of the staff have been impolite and condescending. Everything feels rushed, communication is strained, and the greatest injustice is being expected to tolerate bare minimum while still paying for full service. 1/2 star. Disgraceful service. If you go scroll through the reviews, you’ll notice that the complaints are similar .

Wow, its a great professional medical office. Great front desk staff,staff, NP and Doctors. They were straight forward , caring and honest. Will definitely recommend 👌

Predatory practices, billing issues, Dr. did not like questions or care to take the time to work with me to assure I understood what we were doing. He was misleading and annoyed with questions. Wish I read reviews before arriving here.

Dr. Westcott is honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Super smart, really thorough, and just great at what he does. He asked a lot of thoughtful questions and actually took the time to listen, which made me feel heard and understood. He also explained everything so clearly it didn’t feel rushed or confusing at all. You can tell he truly knows his stuff and cares about his patients. I left feeling confident and really grateful to have seen him. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s both sharp and down-to-earth.
