Clear Skin Dermatology

Visited this office for a consult. The wait time wasn't bad at all and the first woman who came in the room was great. She was very friendly and welcoming however Ms. Shaw wasn't as friendly and seemed almost rushed. Before leaving the room she didn't ask if I had additional questions/ concerns, she simply removed her gloves, said the front with give me a sheet with pricing and left me with the first lady. I had another consult at an office 10 minutes down the road today and decided to use them even though they were more expensive, just because they were far more patient driven and friendly.

Dr. Rachel Epstein did an excellent job with my daughter’s graphite tattoo removal. She was extremely professional, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. My daughter was nervous, but Dr. Epstein took the time to explain everything and made her feel completely comfortable. We were very impressed with her skill and bedside manner. I highly recommend her and her practice.

As a new patient I went to get an annual skin exam and was very pleased with my visit. I was given a very thorough and well explained exam about certain moles on my skin. Casey the np was so kind and made the exam as easy as possible. Im very thankful I found such a caring team for my dermatology needs.

Dr. Epstein performed Mohs surgery on my scalp. She and her team were excellent!! I was given great care, explained to me everything she was doing, and performed the surgery in a very timely fashion. I had no post surgery issues. Highly recommend!!

Staff efficient and friendly. Dr. Epstein made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. Had a procedure and did not feel any discomfort.

My check-up with Anna Shaw, APRN, was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. This was my first time in to Clear Skin for a basic scan. They were very efficient and on time. The PA Casey was thorough and friendly and immediately took care of some concerns. I appreciated this positive first experience.
