Prices are reasonable for botox/dysport. They take their time and listen to questions. Very relaxing space. I highly recommend!

Had to cancel Wednesday. I was ill. They fit me in on Friday. I met Dr. Hailey. She was through, hade a great bedside manner, asked my history on cancers. Looked at my scars and records She took her time to examine my body. What a great experience. I want her to do my next exam.

I was so grateful to find a clinic with women providers to do my exam. They called me the next business day after recieving my referral and had an appointment available for me a day later. My appointment was less than an hour and all my questions and concerns were answered professionally. Everyone was lovely, thank you!

Dr Patel is so full of Kindness. What a super lady! 22 minutes, that's it, from check-in to check-out. I even had a little cutting off of carcinoma. This was the 1st time I've ever had to pay a co-pay, so I was shocked to pay before I saw Dr Patel, but it was no big deal. I think Dr. Patel is and takes her business very seriously. It shows in how well it's run. She should open a new business teaching other doctors' offices how to get folks in and out with care and professionalism. Thank you for taking off the carcinoma. You're a Rock Star! You did a fantastic job and did it quickly and professionally.

Dr. Patel made me feel SO small. I have severe eczema that has traumatized me. I came in because it seemed Dupixent wasn't as effective anymore and I was starting to flare again which triggered me because of how bad it was before Dupixent. She not only told me I was being too emotional but she also rudely stated that I need therapy. I've never had a Dr roll her eyes at me before when discussing my issues. After I stated my symptoms and my concerns her response was and annoyed, "I told you I can write you this and this prescription so do you want it or not?" I asked about side effects of a specific ointment I have seen bad studies about and she laughed at me and gave yet another dismissive condescending answer. She would tell me things in clinic and then at the next appointment act as if that never happened. For example, I called to ask if I can start taking Dupixent again after missing a couple doses due to traveling and forgetting to bring it. The nurse put me on hold to ask Dr. Patel and then came back on the line and told me, "Do not start it again yet. She wants to see you in office first." So I made an appointment and at that appointment she very rudely asked why I was even there and got onto me for not just taking the Dupixent even though SHE SAID TO COME IN. Multiple times prescriptions were not put in correctly (if at all). I almost always had to call to get things corrected. At one point my husband was deployed so I had to bring my son to my appointment. They didn't like that but "allowed it", except they didn't let me go in a normal room, they shoved us in a side conference style room. I always felt like a burden there. I truly believe she should stick to cosmetic dermatology and/or open up a spa because that's the vibe she is striving for. I had one issue that wasn't a common issue/needs some "investigative" work from a professional and she was perfectly fine with her answer (after a quick look) being"yeah I have no clue." And just taking pictures of it. And then asking what I want her to do. I ONLY continued going there because I needed the prescription (which she wouldn't put more than 1 refill on so that I would have to come in for an appointment just for her to do nothing but says "how's it going" and then putting in the refill(which they somehow messed up MULTIPLE times even though the prescription itself never changed)... Such an unnecessary inconvenience and when I asked if she would put in more than 1 refill like my old dermatologists used to because it was a hassle with kids(that weren't allowed in the office), a deployed spouse, and a commute she scoffed at me like I was a complete idiot and per usual talked to me in a condescending way. I didn't feel like dealing with my insurance to change dermatologists or else I would have left after the first appointment. Money grab Dr. Zero empathy or sympathy. I would never recommend. The office is cute though so if that's what you're wanting then go for it. **EDITED TO ADD A RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE UNDER THIS REVIEW**... That is a typical cop out answer that I was used to receiving. It's like you didn't even read what I said. Very much a canned response to save face. Also, a lie. I have taken Dupixent every other week for the past 5 years. Can you explain how you're keeping me safe and following "guidelines" when every appointment to get a refill would consist ONLY of Dr Patel asking how I'm feeling... Me saying I'm feeling fine....And that being the end of it? Give me a break. My new dermatologist just put 10 refills on my Dupixent and told me if I notice any changes to call and make an appointment. The dermatologist who put me on Dupixent prior to Dr Patel didn't even have me coming in for each refill either. THAT is normal and considerate. Not to mention that each time I would come in for a refill for some reason a NEW prescription would be put in which would mess everything up each time... Like when a syringe vs an autopen was ordered and then I had to come in every time for my injection because of that. Unnecessary/inconsiderate in every way.

Wonderful office—there is none of that "doctor office " feel. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff is top notch and Dr Patel and her PA are the upmost professionals. The added bonus is the lack of a wait time—very respectful of the my time as a patient!
