I’ve been a patient at Nowak Aesthetics for many years, and the CO₂ laser treatments have truly been transformative. After my most recent session — my fourth over the years — I’m thrilled with the results. My age spots have disappeared, my pores look noticeably smaller, and my skin feels refreshed and rejuvenated. Each treatment has helped me maintain a youthful glow, and at 60 years old, I genuinely believe these sessions keep me looking vibrant and fresh. The staff is professional, caring, and always make me feel comfortable. The downtime is minimal, the next day I had some swelling and was very red, two days later my skin appeared tan and peeling. Knowing that I usually hang out or work from home for 3-4 days after. It’s worth it! About 2 weeks ago we went to my usual appointment with Conchita . I have been under Conchita’s care with my face for a year now. This last appointment consisted of a peel . Conchita always initiates with her " facial scan" with her own eyes, then pictures taken before analyzing my face from prior visits and now. She then , makes her desicion and provides her opinion as to what treatment she wants to on me. She has gained my trust, therefore, i always follow her choice (s) for me. This last visit was a presicion plus peel. Because of her treatment plan for the past year, I have noticed a big difference in this last peel. My old top layer peeled off so much ! I would look in the mirror in wonder -the difference in the before and after results. This last peel had a great result. I work in the fitness industry where I am in front of large mirrors and variety of light settings. With this last peel i could and still can see how bright and clear my face looks in front of these big mirrors hours at a time. Even from far away when I am not so close to a gym/ studio mirror. I have also had several people in places such as the dry cleaners or gas station make remarks on how bright my face looks ! This is due to Conchita’s professional guidance and collaborative efforts with the rest of the Nowak Aesthetics working on my face and skin.

Conchita is absolutely wonderful! She’s very knowledgeable and informative and definitely knows what she’s doing! I laid down with a bumpy face and stood up smooth and shiny! I came in as a new patient yesterday for a hair loss consultation and two procedures, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The entire team at Nowak Aesthetics was fabulous. They were welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office itself is beautiful and calming, unlike other med spas I have visited. I had Hairlase and PRP scalp therapy done, and the whole visit took about an hour. They even sent me home with supplements to support the treatment, which was such a nice touch. I can’t say enough great things about this place. If you are nervous about trying treatments like this, go here. I walked away smiling and I'll be back.
