From the online consultation to aftercare follow-up, Jenny listened to my concerns and made me feel important. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and I felt that I was truly being treated as an individual - not just a generic consumer of ‘units’. Jenny has genuine enthusiasm for what she does. She is extremely skilled and professional, but also made the day a lot of fun with her wit and humor. I also have to mention Jenny’s MA, Cristina. I received my first fillers today, and was a little nervous...OK a lot nervous. The staff is so amazing and helpful and I had a wondeful experience. I most definitely will be back and with friends. Dr. Nowak has magical hands, and all I can say is I will be back and soon.

Just got ultrerapy full face and thermage eyes done. Great and friendly staff. Got a call to see how I was doing and made sure I was ok after the procedure.
