Front desk staff were friendly ,announcing my name as I came in the door, welcoming me! Also she was helpful with follow up information. The staff member who gave me directions in treatment room, was distant, gave little direction and also seemed confused when the receptionist asked her for printed instructions for me to take home. Maybe she is new? Or having a challenging day? The Doctor was joyful and present as usual, and completed the treatment quickly, and took time to answer my questions. Thank you

I freaking love this place! I’ve been coming to Rejuvené for many years for both cosmetic and dermatology needs. The staff is so friendly and helpful each and every time. Today I had the pleasure of being treated by Megan for some laser work on my face and let me tell you, she’s amazing. She made the whole experience comfortable and explained the whole process as it was being done. She gave me lots of tips and advice on how to take better care of my skin and I left feeling like she really cared. Dr Hodari does an exceptional job taking care of my skin conditions. Recently had a procedure on my arm cut out and had no discomfort at all. Procedure went smooth and quick and recovery went great. Highly recommend Dr Hodari. Always takes great care of all my skin issues.

Had a visit with Dr. Hodari and the whole appointment, from scheduling to checkout, was TOP TIER. I left knowing my concerns were heard and taken seriously, Dr. Hodari removed a mole so expertly I didn’t even notice the procedure was happening, the facility was nice + clean + comfortable, and they were transparent with me about billing/pricing *before* my appointment. I drove an hour for my appointment today and was running 10-15 mins late. I called to let them know and asked if they wanted me to reschedule. The office was happy to make it work. I have been dealing with acne and ready to get some help. I showed up late with my two little boys who were all over the place. I was treated with so much patience and kindness on a day I was feeling overwhelmed. And I still felt heard. Thank you to your staff for making an experience so positive when in todays world, most people wouldn’t.

This was my first visit with a dermatologist, and I walked in hoping for reassurance. I recently had a precancerous spot cryoed, and with both my mom and grandma having had skin cancer, I was understandably nervous. The doctor, however, felt very standoffish from the start. He didn’t sit down during the appointment, which made it feel rushed and gave the impression he wasn’t fully present or engaged with what I was saying. When I pointed out the cryoed spot and shared my concerns, he showed little interest and simply told me to "come back in a year." For someone with my family history and skin mileage, a full year between checks feels like a long time. My advice to the clinic would be to offer more patient-centered communication — especially for first-time dermatology visits. Taking a moment to sit, listen, and explain things clearly would go a long way. A little reassurance and education can make a huge difference for patients who are coming in anxious about potential skin cancer. I’m glad I went, but I left feeling dismissed rather than supported. I’ll be looking for a dermatologist who takes the time to connect, communicate, and truly address concerns.

I have been seeing Dr. Hodari since he moved to Chico and was working for Chico Derm. I absolutely love Dr.. However, the last couple years, the billing and the way you guys bill is not convenient at all. I’m still getting bills from my daughter that are 6, 8, 10 months old. It’s very inconvenient and very frustrating. We have double coverage insurance and both insurance say that the way it’s getting billed to them is not correct and that is taking a long time for them to actually receive it.
