I’ve been seeing Dr. Keimig twice a year for the past four years, and she is absolutely wonderful. She is extremely thorough and always takes the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understand my care. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she is very responsive when I reach out with questions or concerns. I feel confident and well cared for every visit.

Dr. Bunney at Dermatology + Aesthetics was fantastic. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment the appointment started. He took the time to be very thorough and answered all of my questions thoughtfully. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. Amazing, the best facial I have ever had. Cynthia takes the time to talk about your skin needs and any concerns you might have in great detail beforehand. She then makes the best choices based on that. She is professional and so knowledgable about all skin types. She explains everything she is doing so you know exactly what to expect. I come out everytime with my skin refreshed and glowing. If you want high quality, professional skin care, Cynthia is your aesthetician!

I had a great experience with Jessica Ackerman, PA-C at Dermatology + Aesthetics Bucktown. I receive Botox injections in my underarms for hyperhidrosis, and Jessica is absolutely amazing. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes the process as comfortable as possible. What really sets her apart is that she numbs the area and uses ice during the injections, which makes a huge difference. She’s kind, gentle, and very attentive. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone needing treatment for excessive sweating or other dermatology concerns.

I had the pleasure of visiting Dermatology + Aesthetics (D+A) in Bucktown today for a scalp concern and a Botox treatment for hyperhidrosis, and once again, Shannon Driscoll, PA, delivered exceptional care. Shannon is consistently friendly, thorough, and professional. She takes the time to explain every diagnosis, treatment plan, procedure, and follow-up in detail, while also engaging on a personal level that makes each visit feel comfortable and collaborative. Today, Shannon and her clinical team were running ahead of schedule which is a rare and impressive feat in healthcare. Kudos to the team for their efficiency! If you're looking to add a top-tier dermatology specialist to your care team, I cannot recommend Shannon Driscoll highly enough. Her expertise and bedside manner are truly outstanding. The D+A Bucktown clinic itself is a standout. Spanning 19,000 square feet and staffed by 10+ providers, the space is modern, clean, and chic. One of my favorite features is their skincare store, which is expansive and well-stocked with a wide range of products. However, I did notice a gap in their offerings: mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosome skincare products. I requested a sample of Plated, which is marketed as an "exosome" product but doesn’t contain true MSC-derived exosomes. While I appreciated the sample, I found Plated to be just okay. I’d love to see D+A carry Exoderm Genesis Serum, my personal choice for MSC-derived exosome skincare, which contains a minimum of 5 billion exosomes per 1 oz. The only slightly less-than-positive moment during my visit was when I mentioned Exoderm Genesis to a store associate while they were preparing my sample. Their response felt a bit dismissive, but I understand that everyone has off moments, and I never take these things personally. Overall, it was a pleasant and professional experience at D+A Bucktown.
