Dr. Carqueville is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but also one of the kindest doctors I’ve met. She and her amazing team made me feel so special and cared for from the moment I arrived. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. I’m so grateful for their warmth, professionalism, and outstanding care!

Everyone from scheduling, front desk greeting you, nurses and Dr Corqueville, are all incredibly kind and helpful. Dr Corqueville’s knowledge and bedside manner are exceptional and I finally felt like someone was listening and offering expert advise. Highly recommend this exceptional practice.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chase Kwon for the first time and had a great experience. The appointment was timely and thorough, all my questions were answered (and more!) and I felt like I had a great understanding of the plan and next steps in my care. I'm so happy I decided to see Dr. Kwon.

this review is for the office in ravenswood. i made 2 visits to their office last year and they collected copayments. i found out recently from my insurace that they shouldnt have because medicare covers that. so my insurance called their office to speak to the billing dept and was told someone would get back. no call. i called the next day and after taking down the details and assuring me he would pass on the message to billing. i received a voicemail from them asking me to call. i did and got the same run around. no one available and they will call. i said i dont need them to call. just take care of reimbursing the money they should not have taken from me in the first place and did not let my insurance know when sending their bill that they had collected these amounts from me. smacks of underhanded practice. the receptionist i spoke to the second time (dont remember her name) was very rude and just hung up. they are sugar and honey when you go there and paying for a service but not when its the other way around!

First of all, the office runs better than most any clinic I have attended. The front office staff is easily reached by telephone and when I have left a message, they’ve called me back promptly. When my records did not arrive from my referring physician, they were able to track these down and have them sent. The waiting room was pleasant, and I was seen on time by happy and extremely courteous caregivers. The team worked with my schedule to find the best date/time/place for me to have surgery. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this group of professionals to anybody.

Horrible experience with Dr. Carla Sanchez. She has horrible bedside manner. I went in for laser and a follow up and nothing was prepped. She didn’t remember that she treated my scalp condition. I told her my scalp had less itching and she goes oh what did you do for it? Her and her assistant were scrambling to prep for the laser treatment. During it she kept telling me how I must be extra sensitive from the laser, that I must be on my cycle. I asked the assistant what do I do for the after care and she just hands me a piece of paper. I’ve gotten full face laser multiple times before and this experience was the worst.

The clinic was very clean and upscale and staff was nice and very accommodating. I came in for eczema around my eyes Dr. Kwon was very informative and sincere. I loved that he didnt suggest steroids or oral medications right off the bat.
