I am considered high risk for skin cancer and previously drove 90 miles to see a specialist, until I found Dr. Massey. Switching to her care was one of the best decisions I’ve made. She is incredibly thorough, attentive, and truly compassionate. I never feel rushed, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing I can receive this level of expert care right here at home. Cheyenne is very lucky to have Dr. Massey and the Cheyenne Skin Clinic.

After a long stretch of frustration with skin issues, we finally decided to visit the Cheyenne Skin Clinic—and I’m so glad we did. It takes, literally, over a week to even get a call back. My wife has gone there for about a year, and everything we need anything, a prescription refill, an appointment, a question about something....every single time it is a nightmare getting a response. Highly recommend finding a professional medical center, because this place is not!

I had MOHS on one cancer and standard surgery on the other cancer. Pain tolerable with acetaminophen. No pain by 4th day after surgery.

Everyone at Cheyenne skin Clinic was fabulous especially Dr. Massey. This is so well versed in his field and also Ashley just absolutely adorable. She’s amazing.

If you’re into long waits, short visits, and broken promises — congratulations, you’ve found your clinic! I had two appointments here in September. Both started with me sitting in the waiting room long enough to start questioning my life choices, only to be rushed through a "consultation" so fast I half expected the doctor to say, "Thanks for stopping by, next!" Then comes the real circus — billing. My copay is $35, but apparently this office runs its own economy, because I was charged $55 both times. I politely corrected them (silly me for thinking honesty mattered), and they swore a refund check would be sent "that week." That was months ago. Since then, I’ve called five times, heard five different versions of the same fairy tale, and—shockingly—still no refund. If I owed them money, I’m sure I’d already be starring in a collections notice. But since they owe me, it’s apparently a game of "let’s pretend to care." The level of disorganization and indifference here is honestly impressive—like they’ve made mediocrity their brand. Bottom line: this place couldn’t manage a lemonade stand, let alone a medical practice. Save yourself the stress, the lies, and the $20 mystery surcharge.

Michelle PA provided my services and she was fabulous. After reviewing my medical history she gave a very thorough exam. I really appreciated that she checked everything without me asking. She did find a spot on my face worth doing a biopsy . She gave one of the best check up appointments I’ve ever had. Thank you!
