It was a pleasant experience. Walking into the lobby . . it was full. I expected to be there for a while however I was walking out the door in 20 minutes! Dr Hennings is thorough with the treatment. Love my visits.

Appointment for 6 month re-check with Dr. Hennings. Friendly front office staff and nursing team was thorough and knowledgeable of medical history. Good experience and location was ideal! I have been going to Dr. Hennings since 2018 and am impressed by the professionalism and prompt diagnosis. Each procedure has been resolved with good results. Trust her to provide the care that I need.

I have never been to a doctor’s office that is so organized & caring. Dr. Henning was so thorough for a full-body check for skin issues & her assistant Tina made you feel comfortable with a smile. They both impressed me so much & genuinely are caring people !!

I have to brag on Natalie Garcia because she is honestly the best provider I’ve ever seen. I walked in expecting a quick in-and-out appointment like I’ve had in the past, but Natalie was the complete opposite in the best way possible. She actually took her time with me. She sat down, talked things through, and made sure I understood what was going on with my skin instead of just tossing out a diagnosis and rushing off. She explained everything in a way that made sense and even showed me what to look for going forward. I learned more in one visit with her than I have at all my other dermatology appointments combined. Plus, her personality is incredible. She’s warm, funny, easy to talk to, and you can tell she genuinely cares. It didn’t feel clinical or awkward it felt like talking to someone who really wants to help you, not someone just trying to get to the next room. And I’ll be honest… after some previous reviews of others visiting providers at this office that felt a little rushed and not super helpful, seeing Natalie was so refreshing. You can feel the level of attention and care she gives. If you want someone who really knows what they’re doing AND treats you like an actual person, go see Natalie. I’m never booking with anyone else.

Dr Hennings is amazing! She takes time to explain everything and does a thorough check on me at my appointments. I’ve had multiple excisions done by her and everything has gone very smoothly. Five stars all around!!!

Doctors, PAs, & office staff are great. Every message I’ve sent through my portal has been answered very quickly. I value this a lot as I live 2 hours away from the office. They are also very accommodating when working with me on appointments. Dr. Cara Hennings diagnosed me with a connective tissue disease the first visit. This after 3 years of trying hard to find a diagnosis for what I used to call a mystery disease. Even The Undiagnosed Diseases Program at Vanderbilt was unable to do so. I highly recommend Dr. Hennings and the entire staff here.

It would be very helpful if any preparation instructions were sent out or delivered over the phone prior to a cosmetic procedure. Twice now I have arrived and then been told that they could not do something because I had not preformed a pre-procedure step that I had no knowledge of. Someone needs that responsibility. There is always good post procedure instructions provided to take home but not pre-procedure instructions.
