Dr. Zhao has decades of expertise in acupuncture and herbal medicine. She’s reliable, responsive, and attentive… I can go on and on singing praises about her skills as a doctor. What matters to me the most personally, though, is that she’s just an incredibly kind human being who genuinely cares. She’s one of those caregivers who are truly present when they are with patients (not consumed in bills and paperwork) and always go extra miles to care for patients’ holistic wellbeing. It’s a rare find these days, so I consider myself very blessed to be under Dr. Zhao’s care. I always left my appointment feeling very relaxed, light, and very connected with my body. Her space also has a very healing, nurturing ambience. I have had chronic back and neck pain for years, tried chiropractors and other solutions but never acupuncture because I have a huge fear of needles. Dr Zhao was very professional and patient with me, answering all of my questions, figuring out exactly where my pain was, and starting slowly on my first few visits, checking in on my comfort level. In the last 6 months my pain has improved more than going to the chiropractor ever has, my fear of needles is essentially gone, and Dr. Zhao continues to be excellent in her communication and expertise. I highly recommend you give her a try.

Dr. Zhao is a brilliant acupuncturist/ healer. I’ve been working with her for almost a year on pain management for severe menstrual cramps. I am lucky to have Dr Zhao treating my skin eczema. My skin was really bad when I first met Dr. Zhao. She helps me to go through the process. Her treatment is well effective. She treated my body from fundamental issues . My eczema gradually improves and most gone now . My husband also saw Dr Zhao cos his shoulder pain . I am responding to a review about Zhao Acupuncture and Herbal Clinic. Although new to the doctor , I am not new to acupuncture. In my past experience and comparison I appreciate her professionalism. She brings 40 years of experience which I felt on Day 1 of my session. My initial encounter with Dr.Zhao she was stern in her approach. She is thorough and focused. Excellent in her work ethics. I have been under her care for 2 months, there has been a significant transformation on my right side. The few weeks I have been under her care, there has been a significant transformation on my right side and the pain has drastically improved. The treatments administered has quantified my pain. I am happier as well as have more mobility in my fingers from alner nerve and carpal tunnel.
