The Derm Institute of West Michigan

First time visit was wonderful. When I walked in to the office it was so quiet and serene. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. My doctor was very thorough. She made feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. So happy I switched from my previous provider of 20 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hawley for many years. She and all of the medical staff that work with her have always been kind, attentive, and ready to answer any of my questions. The Derm Institute of WM runs like a well oiled machine. Even when the waiting room has been full, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The staff and Dr. Hawley are warm and welcoming and highly skilled! They have taken good care of me!

Hello, I would like to post something that describes my view point regarding The Derm Institute of West Michigan. I am somewhat elderly and have several conditions, which have lead me to schedule a half dozen appointments over the last few years. I am always greeted by an extremely nice staff and a clean, comfortable reception area. The examination rooms are consistently very clean, organized and well supplied. The medical staff is always very friendly, kind and caring with a confident and professional manner. After each exam they let me know exactly what and how things will be treated, what to expect, and they also provide important follow-up information and directions. I have had the pleasure of meeting several members of the medical team at The Derm Institute. They seem very enthusiastic about being a part of such a wonderful team. I believe Dr. Hawley has such a distinguished presence in the medical industry, and it must be so rewarding to have created something with such a positive impact on society, the community, and especially the multitude of patients who visit this wonderful place. Every time I leave there I feel a deep sense of satisfaction and improvement. I am so grateful! ~TDV~

Visiting Dr. Hawley for a skin check was like coming home. She is effusive, and warm, and genuine, tucked into a no-nonsense physician who is expert at conditions of the skin, We were treated promptly, expertly, and professionally. If you have a skin problem, you must see Dr. Hawley-she WILL take care of you.

Dr. Hawley is always so personable and makes my teen daughter feel so comfortable. Her staff is just as kind. We truly look forward to our visits!

A very friendly office and Dr Murphy was very helpful in explaining my situation and how to remedy it. There was no pressure to return, it was my decision if and when to return for the procedure and I will. I will admit filling out the I-pad form was very time consuming.

This was my first time visiting a dermatologist since I was a kid and I felt no nervousness at all thanks to the wonderful staff here! Dr. Kelly Murphy is so sweet and knows what she’s talking about and never once did I feel like I wasn’t receiving proper care. I came in with super dry, painful, swollen hands and now they feel brand new! 🙂 Thank you!!!
