Park Nicollet Clinic and Specialty Center Burnsville 14050 Building

I had eye surgery and the staff was friendly and so nice. Checked in, told us their names and what they would be doing in regards to my care. They even asked my snack preferences for after surgery. Great experience.

Lab technician was very professional and considerate. They did their job well. Explained everything nicely.

Building 14050 is a brand new faculty that was built back in 2022 - 2023. It was built to house most of Park Nicolette clinics so folks didn't have to drive to the St. Louis Park location for appointments to speciality care clinics. The building itself is gorgeous and the inside is spacious. There is an information desk that is manned by an employee, and a desk for the employee who helps disabled folks in wheelchairs that park in the garage. With that said. My Mom and my wife are registered at Park Nicolette Burnsville location for specialty care. My wife's Primary Care Doctor is at the Eagan location while my Mom's Primary Care Doctor is at the Burnsville location. It is definitely convenient to have this location available for the area driving to the St. Louis Park location is just too far. The employees are great and professional in my opinion. The urgent care clinic doubles up as an actual urgent care, and an Orthopedic clinic which is unique. The only downside I can note here is that Park Nicolette only has two employees serving disabled folks in wheelchairs at the Burnsville location. Whereas other campuses have at least 5 employees to provide A.D.A. service. But, I can't complain about the service as my Mom and wife are still alive and kicking. Lol.

People are nice, but scheduling is a total joke. I knew without talking to any doctor that I had severe sleep apnea. I have videos of myself gasping for air in my sleep, but still had to go through the process like everyone else. Fine, not a big deal but why does it take 10 months to get equipment? This process is so drawn out, its unbelievable. I think I even had a single appointment where they explained sleep apnea. Like I know what it is, why am I here? It took me a month to get this appointment from my original appointment and now i have to wait another month and a half for the next appointment? Then I got my equipment, I was referred to corner home medical, but they made my next appointment in house, where I did get my equipment, then when I had yet another appointment the doctor asked about corner home medical and it was like what do you mean, i got my stuff here? Just a few doors down from this room. Ive also placed 2 orders for replacements through their equipment website and both have been wrong. I had some appointments here and some in SLP.

The phone operator has never heard the term of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), so they won't able to connect me with the ENT service in this location. Well done job!

Terrible doctors with no inclination to care for patients health or let alone to figure out the problem or provide testing or viable solutions. STAY AWAY!

This place will make you wait 6 hours in the lobby..... Don't waste you time
