So impressed with your Black Friday checkout system today. I had 20 min to get a new coat which seemed impossible when I saw the full parking lot & I figured I would most likely have to come back later. While the line was long, it moved very quickly, and I made it out in time! Way to prepare for today! Thanks y’all!

I am handicapped. I went in for work boots. No prices on the footwear. Other people with bewildered looks about the prices. I the other customers if they found the prices and the answer was no. I hobbled up front noticing no other employees or help counters on the way. Up front self check out and active registers, no customer service desk. I am headed back to footwear and see a cord hanging from someone's pocket. Do you work here? Yes. These people have no set uniform, no name tag nothing. Like they are hiding. I finally got a person back there.....not their depth. Next person, mentaly off and finally the third could help. She asKed,don't you have the Kohks app? No, it's America, I want the price of the box. The other folks needed to ask her for help as well. Burnsville, has declined severely. Head to Apple Valley, we're, for now it's still America!

Nice selection of your favorite clothing and marked down nicely for end of season.

Sephora inside this kohls is small but have great service. The store itself is pretty big and their seasonal clearence section is gigantic. Overall, good collection of honegoods and stylish clothing.

After long time I visited this store to look for some clothes. And I actually found some! But the extremly overwhelming smell of home fragrance spoiled the whole experience!! I couldn't breathe and immediately I felt nauseous and started to have headaches. I had to go home to recover from all this! A quick google search reveled that one third of population report nausea and headaches connected to strong fragrances. One third! It would be very lovely if the store management could reconsider the settings on the fragrances device.

Fair selection and some decent prices. I was glad to get 40% off my purchase with a successful credit application but the absolutely criminal interest rate will make sure it gets cut in half the minute the card gets to my house.

What bad customer service. Cashier treated me like I was nothing but an annoyance. Employees must hate their job, and it shows.
