⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience at Arijai Aesthetic Coming from a provider myself, I hold aesthetic care to a very high standard, and Arijai Aesthetic exceeded every expectation. From the initial consultation to the final result, the care was truly five-star. I underwent a labiaplasty, and the entire experience was seamless, painless, and had no downtime. Local anesthetic was used, and I was comfortable throughout the procedure, able to watch my favorite show and casually talk with both the nurse and the doctor, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Balgobin and Dominique, RN, made me feel completely comfortable, as if I were at home. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and ensured I felt informed and confident every step of the way. I am extremely impressed with my final results and could not be happier. I would hands-down recommend Arijai Aesthetic to anyone considering any aesthetic procedure.

Dr BBL is so down to earth and he made me feel so comfortable with the procedure I wanted done and listened to my goals, and he did just that! I am so happy with my progress and outcome! The nursing staff is SO nice and kind and talk you through everything. Definitely recommend coming here for all your aesthetic and surgery needs.

I had a phone consultation with Dr. B this morning. Let me start by saying this is one of nicest down to earth doctors I have ever spoken with. He was so knowledgeable in my situation. Even though he could not help correct something another surgeon caused he gave me guidance and took his time speaking with me as if he were my doctor. I am forever grateful for your time Dr. B!

Not only was the whole office amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure to answer all my questions, concerns and make me feel so comfortable! Dr. Balgobin was so personable. He actually calls you to do your consult and makes sure all your questions are answered. The nursing staff is amazing! From pre-op to post-op! They took great care of me and was very detailed in what to expect. They made sure hubby had everything he needed to take care of me for post care! I can not say enough great things about this crew! If I could give them a 100/10 I would! Thank you Arija for this new body!

In the ending of previous year, I previously had a consultation with Dr.B where I shared my concerns and wishes for my procedure. He reassured me that what I wanted to achieve would be doable and to anticipate this look following my procedure. I had no idea what I was in for with the months to come. Upon successfully doing my surgery injections, I had already noticed multiple red flags. It now became difficult to communicate with Doctor B and he started to become very impatient and short with me. He advised that the filler he used for my butt injections were the same he used for penis enlargements. I started to become very concerned because I had not noticed a difference after surgery or the weeks after. I truly feel as if I was scammed and very much manipulated. It has now became difficult to communicate with the doctor. Like he gets very offended when you tell him you are not happy with your results. My frustrations were immediately dismissed without any solutions or advice. I highly do not recommend using Doctor B for any sort of surgeries or procedures. It is completely a lie that the fillers will give you an enhancement, I completely regret using him for any of his services. In addition he does suggest get another round which pay another $8,500… I feel like this office knows damn well the first round is not giving you no enhancement so you want me to pay another $8500. Just to see if the enhancement is going to work the second round . Just a scam! Also when I first did the procedure lots of swelling so I THOUGHT it worked!! I was fooled. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! He wants to take our hard earn money and deliver the results he agreed too. Smh!

Dr B is a miracle worker! I didn’t think the results I received were even possible with my skin and the way my abdomen looked! His nurse Anai is also amazing. She calmed every single nerve I had and made this truly the best experience! She is an angel! Thank you Arijai and all the staff for an amazing experience. Will 10/10 recommend to any of my friends or family looking to get any procedures done!

Transparency isn’t just about throwing a bunch of links and paperwork at a patient—it’s about actually engaging with them honestly throughout the process. You had every OPPORTUNITY to point out the clear differences in my results during our appointment, yet you chose not to. Instead, you focused more on being social than actually addressing my concerns. WHERE IS MY COPY OF THE PAPERWORK YOU HAD ME SIGN … YOU LIED IN AND EMAIL ABOUT THINGS WE SPOKE ABOUT WHEN WE DIDN'T . YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS AND STILL DID NOT MAKE SURE IT WAS AN EVEN AMOUNT . I RECORDED THE CONVERSATION!!!! Instead of trying to NOT LOOK BAD !!!!! FIT YOUR APPROACH!!!!!! YOUR LOUD GIRLISH SLICK TALK DOESN’T WORK WITH EVERYONE !!!!! THEN Hiding behind generic excuses about ‘everyone’s body being different’ doesn’t change the fact that you failed to provide the transparency and professionalism I expected." INITIAL REVIEW-BELOW !!!!!!! I was disappointed with my experience at this doctor’s office. While he was friendly and social, I felt there was a lack of transparency regarding my procedure. He took photos that clearly showed differences in the results but failed to point them out or explain them at the end of my appointment. I expected more clarity and honesty in discussing the outcome. Unfortunately, this left me feeling uncertain about the quality of care I received." The staff at the office was pleasant. In stated my concerns there was NO empathy. I would Never pay for something that can’t guarantee the correct result and on top of that I have No physical paper or record of the actual procedure which I find Alarming . All I received was and aftercare sheet and no copies of anything from there office . BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! No referrals from me . I’m sure I will Hear about the lawsuit that’s coming in the news .
