I really appreciated that she didn't push any unnecessary products or procedures. Instead, she took the time to explain everything she was doing before each injection or laser treatment. The educational seminars they offer on injectables are a great bonus and show their commitment to transparency and client education. Kiki, an RN with deep knowledge of human anatomy, clearly understands how each treatment works and why it's effective for individual needs. Highly recommend!
