Took my son in for the first time today. The ladies in the front were nice, smiling and kind! The office smelled like coffee, so welcoming. The office was full but very organized. I got there 10 min before my appointment time did the paperwork required within 10-15 min ww were called to the room. The nurse evaluated my son, Dr came in and preformed his treatment and we were out. The whole process took around 40 min I was impressed. Hopefully its like this every time!

I had a disappointing experience during my visit. The doctor did not properly examine a rash that had changed since my previous appointment and insisted on removing a mole that was not my main concern. He seemed dismissive when I tried to explain the issue and did not follow the treatment that had been recommended before. I felt ignored and uncomfortable throughout the consultation. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would advise others to consider whether this practice meets their needs.

My experience with the front clerk with red hair was unpleasant. She was short with me and didn’t provide clear answers to my questions. A little more patience and courtesy would have gone a long way. My daughter was not able to be seen due to that lady. Never returning.

I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and have been waiting and hour after checking in before my appointment. Way too busy, poor service. Save yourself and go somewhere else

Worst office i ever been too, felt very Discriminated. Because i had children, mind you two out of my three children were going to be seen. I was pass to a room and yes i was on the phone with Insurance because they needed something, and the lady from the front lobby comes in and states "she shouldnt have pass if i havent gave them what i needed too, in my head i was like , well i didnt pass my self in, then a doctor come in to do the treatment and felt like she couldnt even stand my kids ,made very unwelcomed faces, "stated can you grab your child because i can not touch them" like i mean they are doctors arent they able to touch the child for treatments? Never again will step in that unwelcomed office not kidfriendly i guess all their staff are beyond perfect because they were so quick and no clear information was given but at the end i still Lose because yes they must of been so quick to charge the insurance.

Wouldn't accept my insurance. I've never had an issue before. They said they couldn't accept because i had two acceptable insurances. Called blue cross blue shield in their office. BCBS explained to them which insurance to use. The office staff refused. I tried for 2 hours. I won't return. I believe they didn't work with me because they are so busy and already over booked. They don't need more patients.
