I arrived for an 8:00 a.m. appointment and was the first patient of the day, yet the PA spent less than five minutes with me. The visit felt rushed, I was interrupted, and I had to prompt her to address all of the concerns I specifically came in for. I was not given the opportunity to discuss alternative solutions I had researched and she barely examined my skin; instead looking from afar (hello are you not a medical provider?!). What a joke!!!!!

Absolutely do not reccomend this place. Dr. Igor Romanov is the one of the worst doctors I've met in my entire life. First of all, you have to wait for him, even though you have an appointment at a specific time, i guess around 1h is a "normal" thing here. Then, you have to wait in a room, while he's joking around and taking the patients that are supposed to be treated after you. In the end, this "doctor" is not gonna take your problem seriously and prescribe you things that are not working for your skin and your insurance. No amount of calls to the clinic will change it, they are not gonna prescribe you something else. I realized he's unprofessional at the moment when he told my kid that they should walk outside under the summer sun WITHOUT a sunscreen, because "sun is going to dry out your skin problems"(while using prescribed medications that are making your skin even more sensitive). He can push some "treatments", as skin cleansing right at the moment, even though it's not gonna help you, but they will charge you few hundreds for it. Scam. Unbelievable. Front desk seems to be nice, not always though - it depends on a person. They are not always checking your insurance, so later on you can have a problem and they will blame it onto you. Please, look for someone else.

I went to see Dr Esther Langman (sp?). Excellent experience, very grateful. She dealt with all my actual health issues without beating around the bush and even removed some moles on the spot. I’m used to one simple thing getting dragged out. Am grateful for the thorough care. Will stick with her

First time here, my appointment was at 10:30AM, I was still waiting here at 12:57PM still sitting waiting. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If it wasn't because I needed a procedure to be done, I would have walked out. Over booking appointments this is ridiculous. They need a better stop over booking. Money Money Money that is the issue. My first and last time coming here. Get it together Vanguard Dermatology. One star is to much to give....I give a ZERO!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office. It felt like the two girls who examined me were barely out of their teens — they rushed through the appointment so quickly that it seemed like they just wanted me to leave as soon as possible. When I pointed out the area on my body that was concerning me, one of them immediately turned away, which came across as completely unprofessional and disrespectful. This office used to have real professionals who truly cared about their patients and took the time to do their job properly. Sadly, those people are no longer there, and the level of care has dropped dramatically. I left feeling frustrated and ignored.

A terrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would. I waited four hours just to be seen! Despicable! Nobody should ever have to wait four hours. They do a terrible job scheduling and have patients in their 80's and 90's waiting these long periods of time. There were not even enough seats for all of the waiting patients. It seems they always over book and care more about making big bucks then people's time. I inquired at the front desk several times about the waiting period and the oriental girl laughed in my face, so very rude. I've had major surgeries that have taken less time. Shame on them all.

Horrific experience!!! Would have never set foot in this place if I knew they were going to make it an absolute nightmare to make sure the claim was properly processed by our insurance. Nothing short of a scam.
