The Dermatology Specialists-Brooklyn College

PA Valencia Guillaume is always very pleasant and informative. I have multiple chronic skin conditions and I have met her at another location and I had a great consultation. I didn’t mind traveling the 90 minutes to my appointment. It wasn’t rushed and I felt confident in my treatment plan. The phone system is confusing because of the AI bot but I was finally able to talk to a human and get a same day appointment. Kudos to the Dermatology specialists for being at every corner of the city!

Positive experience for me and my family. This was my first time as a patient, before that I would always bring my son in and they were always so helpful and knowledgable. My personal experience was great as they helped me with an eczema related issue I was dealing with for a few months and got it cleared within 2 weeks! Love this location

10/10 service. The young lady her name was "Beyoncé" . She was exceptional at creating my appointment. Her customer service skills were very professional and very engaging with the customer . She explained to me in depth about my insurance and let me know if I would be seen on the exact same day I walked in. Thank you so much dermatologist specialists of Brooklyn college . I will definitely be returning in the future !!!!

I'm very pleased with the services I received today. Scheduling my appointment was quick and straightforward, and the appointment itself was short, with no long waits to be seen. All my questions and concerns were addressed, and the staff was excellent throughout.

A little bit mixed feelings from this location. Doctor was nice, not sure what was her name, but she was nice and very professional. Made sure to give recommendations and prescribe right things. Her assistant was pretty nice too. They have a good availability, but I dont like how they are using AI at their phone line, it makes you really confused. Front desk can be better for sure. No matter how nice you are, these receptionists always have some issue with you, like if you're pushing them to do their job.

I had a terrible experience today. The receptionist was very unprofessional and had an aggressive tone. I just wanted to ask a few questions but her responses were rude and dismissive. This is my last visit, and I'm not coming back. This Melissa or whatever her name is needs to leave her attitude at home. This is a workplace and somebody needs remove her from the front desk. A manager definitely needs to address her attitude now before they lose more patients. This is the worst experience in my life. Bye.

I was very satisfied with the service today. Dr. Guillaume made me feel at ease despite my insecurities about my skin condition. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about my visit. I appreciated that. I had a biopsy done today, and she explained each step, which took the fear away. I was provided samples of products I can use, especially during my flare up. Keep up the great job.
