I had my first Laser Rejuvenation treatment with Alisa Ksenevich at KHROM, and I’m absolutely thrilled! I did two areas (face and neck) and with the subscription, the price was super reasonable. I saw results right after the session, and the best part is there’s no downtime, you can literally go on a date right after! I’m 35, and I’m attaching a photo taken just two hours after the procedure. It wasn’t painful at all, actually quite relaxing, with a warm laser feeling on the skin. Highly recommend it. The spa itself is lovely, they offered tea and water, and explained everything clearly (three times, just to be sure!). Amazing experience overall. If you’re thinking about starting your skincare journey, I truly recommend it.

I saw Elena for my first Botox treatment and she was fantastic. She really listened when I said I wanted a subtle, natural result (no frozen look) and explained everything clearly. You can really tell how much care they put into making sure everything feels comfortable and natural. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with treatments — just thoughtful, precise work. I received Dysport, Xeomin for my chin, Xeomin for my masseters and temporalis, and Restylane Contour. Everything was handled beautifully, and I’m already so happy with the results. Highly recommend this team! Update: I also went back for a facial peel with Ksenyia, and she was amazing! My skin looks incredible, and she explained everything so clearly and made the whole process super comfortable. Gianna at the front desk is always so kind and attentive — she really makes you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The entire staff here is truly A+.

I got my first laser session with kseniya and she made me feel very comfortable. I also got a facial with her and she is very knowledgeable, skilled, and knows what she is doing. I feel like she truly wants the best for your skin. I’m excited to come back and continue seeing her!!

I had a combination of IPL and Frax 1550 treatments at KHROM Medspa & Wellness this Sunday, and it was the perfect solution for my needs! Before the procedure, Alisa Ksenevich, my esthetician, scanned my skin to identify areas for improvement and explained what would work best for my skin type. I have combination skin, and after a summer of sun and heat, I felt it was time for something stronger than my usual facials or microneedling. As someone who loves statistics and research, this evidence-based approach felt especially appealing! Alisa was very attentive and caring. She explained what to expect during the treatment, walked me through the aftercare routine, and took before-and-after pictures so I can track my results and reach out with any questions along the way. It’s been three days since the treatment, and my pores already look better. I was told the full results will show in about a month, and I’m excited to see the difference. It was my first time at KHROM, and I was really impressed by how clean and modern everything is. The atmosphere is relaxing, the music is nice, and everyone I met was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to take their skincare to the next level!
