Sarah is amazing! She went over the variety of options for management and also wanted to make sure that my lab work was up to date. She was very patient and great at explaining the treatment she thought would suit me best. Not a long wait to be seen as a new patient either!

From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and respect. The staff is professional, attentive, and welcoming, and everything is well organized and efficient. The warm and caring atmosphere truly makes a difference and creates a very comforting experience for patients. Dr. Caroline Puyana’s knowledge, patience, and dedication made a difficult time much easier. I have a clinical skin problem and the doctor spent one minute with me at each appointment, recommended solutions that my PCP had already suggested, and didn't seem interested in investigating further. Yet she kept wanting me to come back for additional appointments, where I would only get maybe one minute with the doctor. All of the staff talk so quickly and rush you through the office, it's clear that they just want to run through as many patients as possible to bring in the money. I wonder, if I had been getting botox would I have been treated differently? Perhaps. But I cannot recommend this office for clinical dermatological care.

I HAD to review this place, as it is the best dermatologist I have ever been to after going all over the country looking for one. Sarah is truly the best and especially for warts go to her! I had a stubborn one for over a year and a half near my nail and it only went away after her treatments!

Staff was very nice an comforting. Lady at front desk was exemplary with her service. I also felt like doctors really knew their stuff.

This place is very nice! Doctor was so professional & really was so informational & just great all around! Desk receptionist on left was wonderful. The one on the right could be a little nicer. Seemed a little cranky 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can't wait for my follow up with Dr! I'm so glad I went for a full body check!
