Excellent experience. Jennifer was very thorough. She carefully explained my procedure and put me at ease. The office is bright and clean. Highly recommend!!!

I called this clinic ahead of time to ask how much a visit would be out of pocket to have a spot checked. They told me the cost and so I scheduled an appointment. When I got to the clinic, I also asked the cost and they charged my card. All I did was have a spot looked at and they did nothing else - no prescription, no treatment, nothing else. They then send me a bill for additional costs when they literally didn't do anything but look at the spot on my leg. I could understand if there was some additional procedure. I didn't even see the physician - saw the physician's assistant. Beware if you're paying out of pocket and document exactly what they tell you.

Would not recommend this dermatologist or office / center. For one, they barely answer the phone or give call backs in a timely manner. Their patient portal barely works and won’t let you message your provider so then you have to call which doesn’t work. Yes, Dr. M is very nice and always pleasant, but that doesn’t make it okay. Every visit I have had is extremely fast, I feel I don’t even have my concerns met or barely at the least. There was one time I left without realizing until the car they hadn’t even addressed my rosacea because they just went so fast. As a medical professional myself, I am aware of how many patients derm sees but the way the office makes you feel is unheard. I had one of their MEDICAL ASSISTANTS try and tell me the treatment for my condition and that there was nothing left to do. It was very frustrating and irritating, considering I am a PA myself. Recently, I had a mole removal for the 3rd time on the SAME one for the scar and regrowth. The only reason I had to have a 3rd removal was because it kept going back and they continued to use superficial mole removal techniques despite knowing it would grow back. (instead of a shave,. Why couldn’t she have done an excision knowing I wanted it fully removal rather than multiple shaves each time??)She was maybe in for less than 10 minutes, rushed the stitches nor did she use dissolvable or a more appropriate stitch method to provide a better cosmetic appearance, and now I am left with a worse scar. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and nothing will help. Avoid in all honestly. I’m sure they mean well but it doesn’t translate.

SKIN SHAMAN TESTIMONIAL: I crawled into Forefront Dermatology like a defeated jujitsu grunt who'd been rolling in the gi-sweat swamp too long, my receding hairline sporting a screaming red ringworm bullseye that screamed, "This idiot still thinks he's tough at 40." The staff ... those unflappable angels of clipboard and patience dissected my pathetic fungal confession with surgical thoroughness, no judgment, just pure bureaucratic voodoo that made me feel less like a biohazard and more like a mildly amusing patient zero. Then Dr. Maloney (The Skin Shaman) appeared, this quiet fungi whisperer, eyes calm as a desert peyote guide, leaning in close like she was about to chant the fungus out of my soul while I whimpered about the itch that had turned my life into a low-rent horror flick. With a flick of her prescription wand she banished the ringworm demon back to whatever sweaty hell it crawled from, leaving me dazed, cured, and profoundly aware that I'm just another middle-aged male tragedy. I staggered out reborn, dignity dangling by a thread, forever grateful to the fungal exorcist who didn't laugh once at the walking mushroom farm formerly known as me.

The services are great, the timeliness not so much. I have been very pleased with the services provided but every appointment I have had has started at least 10 minutes late even first thing in the morning. I expect this later in the day but with appointments first thing in the morning it is a problem. Plan ahead.

I had an IPL treatment scheduled for today at the Brookfield location. It was scheduled weeks ago and I spoke to countless individuals on the phone who said they were not able to provide an estimate to me and that it was sent in the mail. I never received an estimate. Nobody could provide a range of cost. Really?? Is it around $100 or $1000? You work there and have no idea what the range is. Got it. I left a voicemail a few days ago asking for a callback. Still no callback so I canceled my appointment. I am upset because I really want this IPL treatment. I love Dr. Maloney at the Oconomowoc office but something is off with either the Brookfield location or the company altogether. I’m ready to find another place that can offer FULL TRANSPARENCY upfront to a paying customer. I’m sure other businesses want the business so they will return a phone call. I’m disappointed and also wondering if I’m being discriminated against because I’m on a fixed income on disability.

Cannot recommend Forefront. I have been a patient for many years and today I went for my 7:30 appointment that I made last year after my annual exam. I was told that I didn’t have an appointment and that the doctor is not at that location on Tuesdays. No effort to apologize or to reschedule my appointment. Did not feel like a loyal customer(patient) at all.
