Pharmacy at Signature Healthcare - 110 Liberty Street

Angela in Dr Fangs office at 110 Liberty st. is the sweetest, nicest, most caring person I've come across within signature healthcare. I've been w signature on and off for over a decade. Angela is a refreshing and most welcome part of the team that I trust with my health. I truly appreciate how much she cares and listens. Thank u Angela!!

absolutely horrible. i’m on workers comp, and they haven’t sent my medical records. i signed a release from the records dept. and with my insurance, insurance sent a stat fax, reached out by phone, and neither of us have heard anything. every time i try to get in touch with signature they just play phone tag and kept transferring me before i could even speak, with everyone telling me a million different things. it’s actually unbelievable how awful the customer service is here. couldn’t recommend NOT going to a place more.

Poor communication. First I get here for an ultra sound due to months of severe swelling in my legs. Can’t walk up stairs and elevators weren’t working. No other option. I’m then told my appt was at 8 when my paper that was given to me has written in it 730. At 8 I’m now told an employee called out and I can either wait or reschedule. I’ve been waiting months for this appt, in severe pain obviously I’m going to wait but the lack of empathy from the front desk and back was disgusting. I work in healthcare and have empathy for people in pain and try to help them as that’s my job description.

Poor communication. At my last appointment with my PCP I specifically told them that I needed a prior authorization from my insurance sent so that I could see another provider. Nothing was done, receptionist and doctor were informed and totally dismissed my request. I’ve waited a month for this appointment and now I can’t be seen because they never submitted the request to my insurance. This is unacceptable!

ANGELA is the best person at liberty st. She knows how to do everything, genuinely cares abd just gets it done! She should be recognized especially since healthcare is a broken system. She eases the blow

Hopefully you'll get lucky like me and meet the perfect nurse. Somebody who forces you to take your health seriously and always makes you feel like your time is valued. Thank you Angela for making it easy

Called to refill a prescription for an Albuterol inhaler on Tuesday, explained that I was completely out and requested a rush. Called back Thursday when I hadn’t heard anything - it was never sent over to the pharmacy. Now it’s two days later, and Saturday, so no inhaler and no way to contact anyone until Monday. UPDATE - 5 months later: Called to make an appointment for current symptoms, was told I would receive a call back. Never did. I'm done with Signature.
