She is extremely thorough, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which always makes me feel confident in my care. Appointments are run on time, the office is efficient and well organized, and the billing practices are straightforward and professional. Rachel and the entire team are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. Everyone at Whalen Dermatology was very professional and friendly. This was my first appointment and a completely positive experience. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in and then taken to an exam room. I was asked if I had any specific skin concerns. PA Rachel Weyant then examined the concerned areas and explained how she would address them. Her explanation was very thorough and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Whalen Dermatology to all my friends.

Dr Whalen and staff second to none. Your concerns and care are without a doubt top priority. This is supported by their listening, explanation, treatments, and follow up. They have portal access and respond the next day with detailed analysis and treatment plan.

Dr. Whalen and his staff are top-notch. Not only do they provide excellent healthcare, their office staff is professional and top-notch. I had a third-party billing issue recently, and Carolyn went above and beyond to help me get it resolved. I have been going to Dr. Whalen for decades, and he is always right on the mark with diagnosis and resolutions. I’ve taken my children to him, and now my daughter is taking her two sons to the practice. I can’t say enough good things about all these people!

Dr. Whalen and his entire staff are amazing. Dr. Whalen's bedside manner coupled with his knowledge and experience are hard to find. His team goes above and beyond when assisting their patients in their follow up care. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of a great Dermatologist.

Dr. Whalen and staff are extremely courteous and were very easy to work with. I explained my issue and Dr. Whalen immediately understood and summarized how it can happen, medications and their affects, and how he will proceed. Within a half hour I was completely taken care of and out the door. Would highly recommend!

I wish I can give less than one star. My experience with Walen Dermatology was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unprofessional and unhelpful from the start. Scheduling was confusing, and staff seemed rushed and dismissive. I expected a higher level of care and communication, especially for a medical practice. I was only seen by a nurse practitioner and expected to see a physician. I personally expected physician-level care and clearer answers, but left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied.
