Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cohen. Everything was perfect and painless

Was scheduled for a check up that I didn't need, drove 1/2 an hr to appt and wasted my entire afternoon and they charged me $500. Absolutely unprofessional and unresponsible

I love this practice, the doctors want to help however they can. I can get an appointment with any of their amazing, educated doctors and feel like I'm in good hands. Me and my family has gone for a decade, they just got a new bigger location, everyone is friendly, but they are a busy office. You have to wait long to get an appt at first because they are trained specialists and there are few of them in the state (not because they have a personal hatred of you). The insurance/billing/waits are annoying sometimes because that is how doctors offices are everywhere- but the care and quality of the team in Branford is exceptional.

Not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews. This office is great, very friendly staff, Dr. Cohen was very nice. Clean, modern building. They care about the patient. Only con is that first appointment had a 3 month or so wait time, but after that they get you in regularly!

I've had nothing but a positive visit each and every time. Yale is a teaching facility, and I always welcome the students. Dr. Eisenstein and staff are professional, polite, and very thorough.

My experience with the doctors has been really good but trying to make an appointment is awful. The first time I had to wait a year, and the reason for the visit was long gone. Today I called for over 40 minutes with five phone calls and was hung up on repeatedly. They should offer online scheduling.

I absolutely love Dr Ramachandran. She has always made me feel welcome and well cared for. I followed her to this office from the downtown New Haven office because she is such a good dermatologist. As a melanoma survivor, having a good dermatologist is very important to me! The office itself can be difficult to schedule appointments because they are quite busy, but once you’re in the system, as long as you always set up your next appointment before you leave the office, you won’t have much trouble. As with any other doctor’s office, I suggest morning appointments if you can manage it, so there’s less chance of them getting backed up before your appointment and you aren’t waiting as long in the waiting room to be seen.
