I’ve had three laser hair removal sessions at the Laser Skin Center so far and am already seeing incredible results. When deciding where to book my treatments, I did some research and called around to a few different places in Boston and Cindy really stood out to me. I spoke with her on the phone and she was super helpful and happy to answer all my questions. She was very transparent about everything, including pricing, and wasn’t trying to pressure me into anything. My technician, Rebecca, is extremely thorough and never misses a spot. She even started bringing in special loupes from her dentistry job to magnify the follicles so she doesn’t miss a single hair. Rebecca is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the process, machines, and science behind everything. She comes in special for me on Wednesdays to accommodate my schedule which I don’t think most technicians would do. You can go on your phone or listen to music during your sessions but I’ve really enjoyed chatting with her during mine. She’s given me tons of skincare tips and has even lent me her own products to try out which I think is really thoughtful. She really goes above and beyond in so many ways.
