This office is a joke they are billing me because their front desk staff was accepting Medicaid Recipients took my insurance and decided after 3 visits that they no longer accept Medicaid and are trying to bill me . The office manger is rude unprofessional and took a personal vendetta to my account and deactivated my whole account because of this whole issue with the insurance. He did not try and resolve it he insulted me and needs to be fired asap!!! I will not stop bringing awareness until he has been held accountable for his Unprofessionalism at a medical establishment!!!
Love my Dr !!! But the little short girl in reception is RUDE I owe 500.00 and I was telling the lady that was checking me in my card was updated and if I owe some I can pay it today and the short girl walked in to say "Well that is what i was coming in for that you have you pay 50.00 today! " but the she didn't hear our conversation and I toid her it would be nice if you heard our full conversation to know that and said you could have said We need you to pay 50.00 today but nope she is always rude! AND sad to say she and two others were talking about how people make her stressed and she cries at lunch time because she get it all day. Well if you your tone and choice of words were better than you would not cry at lunch! But I 'm here because I absolutely love my Dr ! I also was waiting on a phone call for five days before I wrote this !
When Dr Harrington and Dr Chun were at the South Bossier location, it was wonderful. I don't know what happened 😭. The doctors and receptionists there now are out of control. The receptionists are rude to the point they hang up on the phone with you if they don't like the way the conversation is going. The doctors dismiss disabled patients for medical issues instead of treatment. Then to top it off send you a final bill and argue about who has to pay it after you were promised by the receptionist you would owe nothing. If you do use this clinic, I suggest using the North office. They at least care about their patients.
I’ve been going to Chelsea Smith since 2021. She is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to me. It feels really good to be heard.
I was very disappointed with my visit. I went a few weeks ago when a bad cold wouldn't let up. They weren't busy, so I was seen rather quickly. However, the receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all sick and worse than I was. No one was wearing any kind of face covering. They were coughing and sneezing on everything. The nurse came in, didn't wash his hands, took my information while coughing into his hands, and continually touched me without sanitizing or washing his hands. The nurse left, and a short while later, the doctor came in, who also did not wash her hands. She was also coughing and sneezing into her hands and touching my face. After the germ fest was finally over, I asked the receptionist if there was anything I needed to pay for before I left. She told me that I would not be billed. As in, not billed at all. So, of course, I was shocked and upset when, just a few days ago, I received a text message about my bill that needed to be paid. I also had a present that I was given during my visit. I told the nurse twice, the doctor twice, and the receptionist once, where I wanted my prescription to be filled. Even after a total of 5 times of being told where I wanted my prescription to go, they still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. This was my first visit, and I will not be returning.
Do not recommend this office if you have real medical needs. Was having tightness issues with my throat and was told I just had anxiety or muscle spasms by the provider I saw. He pushed muscle relaxers and antidepressants on me. What was really happening was episodes of anaphylaxis which has now been diagnosed by a professional. Also had a balance I was paying on a payment plan. Got a notification that my balanced has been paid off and never received another notification or billing statement from this office. Almost a year later I just now received a letter from a collections agency saying that this office sent a new balance to them from last May that I was never notified about or sent a bill for and had no idea that owed. How am I supposed to pay a bill I was not notified about.
I have been going here for 5 and a half years. My first 2 physicians have gone on to other positions but they were pretty awesome. I now have P.A. Chelsea Smith. She was amazing. Very friendly, personable and easy to talk to. She not only listened but but paid attention and set me totally at ease. The nurses are always friendly and easy to talk to. It's nice to have someone who understands we are just human, talks to you with respect and understands.
