PA Alice Jessup is thorough and knowledgeable. She has helped with my son’s skin issue, showing positive results. The friendliness of the staff along with the no long waits make the experience of coming to this clinic pleasurable.

This was my third visit to Gem State Dermatology. Katie is a very easy to talk to. She listens to your questions and has thought full replies. I always feel welcome and that I am her only patient when she is working with me. I have never been kept waiting. I am seen at my appointment time.

Gem State Derm makes each visit prompt, pleasant and professional, from front office greeting and check-in to insurance reviews, text reminders, check-out, and of course, medical expertise. I hope Jaclyn Mentzer stays as long as I’m a patient because her willingness to listen, thoroughness with exams and ability to offer treatment options are superior. I always have concerns and I bring my bag of products I use on my skin and she goes through all of them gracefully. Thanks to all. 🙂

My daughter called to reschedule an appointment a week ahead of time. The woman answering the phone was horribly rude-interrupts and speaks over you when trying to talk. This is the second time dealing with this person-It was enough of a turn off that she’s decided to go to another clinic and pass this one up. If you can get by the front desk at this clinic, consider yourself lucky. Rude, unprofessional. No thanks .
