Dermatology Clinic of Idaho - Boise

Over all I had a pleasant experience at DCI. I was able to do the initial paperwork by email. The check in was prompt and efficient. I met Hana for a brief interview before Mike came into the room for the exam. Mike was professional and thorough with the head to toe exam and explained everything going on. Mike also took sample for biopsy and let me know how that would work. Very little waiting time between each step was much appreciated.

This clinic is fantastic. I am always treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. They are patient with me for always having trouble locating the office due to inaccuracies in my GPS directions. They even tolerate my irreverent, but not foul, sense of humor. My body is currently being so uncooperative that I have a favorite chair in the waiting room here. The staff is consistently happy to see me every time I need to come in for an appointment. Mike Housley always has a warm smile, straightforward explanations, and an abundance of patience. When I have to call I get answers quickly and getting in for an emergency is a non-issue. They also have that really nice waiting room...

I've been going to this clinic for almost 20 years. I do the once a year check now, and Shawna just started freezing things on me without even telling me what she was doing. She immediately told me that I was going to get cancer it was just a matter of time. She spent about 3 minutes with me and didn't explain anything. Look at the burns she left on my skin from freezing for no reason! The staff is excellent as always but I don't know what it takes to be talked to by your PA???? As far as I'm concerned she violated me and caused wounds on me without even discussing it with me first. She couldn't get out of the room fast enough..... I don't like her at all. She's not good she killed my confidence in dermatology clinic of Idaho! She prescribed me a medication that lowers my immune system and left open wounds on my arm? THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU FOR " DISCUSSING" YOUR REVIEW IS FAKE! THEY DON'T CARE!!!!

My wife recommended DCI, and I’m glad I listened. The office felt warm and welcoming from start to finish. Shawna Beechinor was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything clearly. DCI really stood out compared to my past providers—I’ve already scheduled next year’s appointment!

I was greeted with smiles and told I had a plus balance. Didn’t wait very long before taken to the exam room. Nurse was sweet, doctor came in and did the exam and I was on my way. Very good experience

I highly recommend this dermatology group! Every visit is a great experience thanks to the thorough and friendly staff. Shawna (PA) and her assistant, Minhu, were fantastic. Shawna is kind, approachable, and has a great sense of humor that makes appointments easy. I’ve referred many coworkers here and will continue to do so.
