Got a facial from Soon Hee and returned with my skin glowing! Beautiful cozy super clean place. Make sure to take some extra time in your habd because you might end up being a friend with her. Loved the conversation! She did a great job with my facial and made the experience comfortable.

My first time at this place. My daughter gifted me a Groupon. She did not offer me a salon gown ..and insisted that I can get facial done in my current outfit. When I showed surprise and disgust, she suddenly offered me salon gown..she had a whole container full of gowns!! The massage and the scrub time was very little (compared to other salons that I typically visit). Ofcourse,?She mentioned a host of things that were wrong with my skin, trying to sell a package worth 250/-…I will not be going back, for sure.

She has over 30 years of experience, and knows how to assess your skin with each visit, and customizes your facials based on your needs. The business has a relaxing atmosphere. I used to be a client at this wonderful business for over ten years. Due to family commitments I had to move out of state. Since then I’ve lived in several different locations. I keep up with facials but have never been able to find a business that comes close to the facials provided by Soon Hee. I had a groupon and used it and was happy with my facial. I then paid $350 for a series. When I went to make an appointment (which was a few months later) I was told that they never received the $350, fortunately I had the receipt. The owner then tried to tell me I had already used it up so I appealed through my credit card company. After 30 days or so the credit card company showed me handwritten receipts for services I never received. There was no recourse for me but to say that I guess she needed my money more than I did and I left it at that. I frankly was surprised to see she is still in business so I wanted to reach out to people to warn them to get receipts for every service they receive.
