The Clinic is really nice, appointments have very little if no wait time. When test are ordered always done ASAP most the same day.My Dr. is wonderful ,patience, kind and very up to date on my health and treatment needed. I gave a rating of 4 stars because I believe every business can always improve something.

First off Dr. Grenz gets 5 stars. MDC gets none. Doctors rely on their computer systems to treat their patients. The new computer system didn’t bring over the past information, such as, Doctors personal notes, past prescriptions and such. I’m sure it is quite difficult to make good decisions when you have no frame of reference of past interactions with your patients because the the medical history is not there. It seems to me in the past years they ran like a well oiled machine. Now it seems disorganized almost frantic. I’m no longer comfortable having to deal with the new system they have adopted. I want the old system back. Sorry MDC but you are supposed get better with time not worse.

Dr. Traxinger is awesome. She’s thorough and listens to any concerns I have and makes sure I have plenty of time to have all my questions answered! Also, she and her nurses are very quick to respond to any emails I send, which I greatly appreciate.

It’s a pleasure to mention that I often look forward to seeing Dr. Grenz for my annual visits. He helps me navigate the course of my health and for immediate concerns. He is very personable, simpleton, and I feel that I have a friend who is extremely open, knowledgeable, a good listener, and offers exemplary professional advice and medical care. Thank you Dr. Grenz.

I would have like to be informed sooner that I needed to come in ahead of time for my blood work. I was called on a Friday before the Monday AM Wellness appointment but I was out of town all weekend so I landed having to come in at 7:30 for a 8:15 appointment. At the appointment my Dr. informed me of this new time frame for future appointment.

Dr. Hebert was excellent! He is thorough, really listens to my concerns and is empathetic. The Mid Dakota staff, from scheduling, lab, reception, nursing and exam, were fabulous.

Love the care and compassion I receive when I need an appointment with Dr Grenz. The schedulers and nurses are great. Dr Grenz takes the time to listen and evaluate your medical concerns.
