I chose this acupuncture clinic based on its stellar reviews, and after my first appointment today, I completely understand why they are so highly rated. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and sweet — from the front desk staff to Julie, the acupuncturist. Julie was empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and explained things clearly, which I really appreciated. The entire experience felt calm, supportive, and professional. I highly recommend this clinic and feel very confident continuing care here after just my first visit.

Dr. Foxe provided an excellent experience during both acupuncture sessions. I came in with tennis and golfer’s elbow with pain around 6-7 level for the past 5-6 months. I left after the first session completely shocked at how quickly the pain subsided. It was around a 3. I played squash and golf the next day expecting the pain to come back. Nope! Woke up with pain level around 3 still. Came back the next day for the 2nd session and pain is down to 1-2! Highly recommend Dr. Foxe for both professionalism and effectiveness!

Auden is AMAZING! Very professional, smart, kind and respectful. I think what I appreciated the most was he provides very trauma informed care and takes time to build report. I hadn’t don’t acupuncture before and have a history of trauma so I was very nervous but Auden goes out of his way so that people feel safe and comfortable.

Prior to last year I was considering looking into surgeries for nerve pain in both of my arms. As a last ditch effort to explore options other than surgery, my husband suggested I try acupuncture. I am so glad I went to Vitalize. I've been working with Dr. Auden Foxe for multiple sessions now, and he is incredibly attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. After suffering from intense nerve pain for 4 years, to the point where I couldn't work for 2 of them, acupuncture has helped soothe my pain and make it manageable. I really cannot say enough good things about Auden and how much he has helped me. I also want to give a shout out to Jeanette, the receptionist! She's always so friendly and welcoming.

10/10 recommend - came here for acupuncture and saw Dr. Auden Foxe - he was amazing! I was having a lot of knee and foot pain so someone recommended acupuncture. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable the entire time - always asking questions to make sure we were focusing on the right areas. I feel such a difference after just a few sessions and will definitely return!
