Premier Dermatology - Agnessa Goodson, MD

My experience with Premier Dermatology was outstanding, from the very kind staff that greats you at the front desk to the extrodinary care of Dr. Goodson! Dr. Goodson was prompt with my appointment time and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. This was my first time as a new patient and Dr. Goodson really listened to my story and needs. She is highly intelligent and was able to help me, as well as provide information about my diagnosis. Her kind manner and patience in explaining every detail created an environment of exceptional care. I would highly recommend Premier Dermatology. Going to see Doctors is always hard, but Premier Dermatology makes a trip here comfortable.

I went in for a consultation before reading reviews (I don’t do this often) I assumed due to its location that it would be a good practice. Please don’t make this mistake. When I tell you, this woman lacked a whole personality. I felt SO uncomfortable with this woman. Very dry and monotone, they also cannot get you in for a month or so. Biggest waste of time and money. If you need laser treatment go to Always Beautiful Med Spa in the same building you won’t be disappointed there!

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I had at Premier Dermatology. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was completely unwelcoming. ​The reception staff was cold and unfriendly, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Unfortunately, this behavior wasn't limited to the front desk. The medical staff and the doctor were just as dismissive. I felt rushed, unheard, and treated with a total lack of professional courtesy. ​When you go to a specialist, you expect a basic level of kindness and respect, but every person I interacted with was rude. I will not be returning and would recommend looking elsewhere if you value quality patient service.

Great derma appt. I couldn't get into my regular derma dr for 3 Mos. Was able to get in same week to be seen about an open spot on my leg. Staff friendly and the PA Megan was amazing. I felt listened to and treated well

Horrible experience. I never returned. The staff made me feel like I was a burden rather than a valued customer - including the main doctor. If this is what you value in an expensive derm visit then by all means, have at it. *EDIT* As you can see from the derm response, they are very dismissive and don't focus on fixing the problem. To them, customers are disposable as their are plenty of fish in the Aurora / Denver sea to take advantage of. Avoid this place at all costs!

I have seen Dr,Goodson as a provider for several years and would not feel confident with another dermatologist after having discovered this highly skilled physician . She is the most thorough and skilled specialist I have ever been fortunate enough to experience for skin care and treatment. She doesn’t miss any possible medical concern and continually follows up with patients to re-check any issues. I would highly recommend this provider and am very grateful for her patient communication and expertise. Jan Widdel

The front desk staff is rude and lacks knowledge about insurance. When you point out a mistake, they become argumentative and may even terminate your status as a patient. Dr. Goodson allows her front desk staff to treat patients this way. She is also very inexperienced with cosmetic procedures. Overall, both Dr. Goodson and her staff are uncaring and highly unprofessional. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
