I had an outstanding experience with Julia Andrade, PA-C, and Victoria, the medical tech. Both have wonderful attitudes and made my visit exceptionally comfortable. Julia’s mission statement says she strives to really get to know her patients—and it absolutely shows. The receptionist (I didn’t catch her name, but someone called her "gorgeous" as her hair five mates were leaving) greeted me with such warmth that it set the tone for the entire visit. All around, this team represents the kind of care and professionalism every office should aim for. I only wish they were closer to my home! With appreciation, Tom
Both my wife and I are receiving excellent care at this UC Health facility. They have performed MOHS to remove cancerous moles and plastic surgery to provide the best post-op outcomes.
I want to thank Dr. Cameron Nichols and the team for the wonderful care I received. The service was professional, kind, and very reassuring. I truly appreciate the clear explanations and the attention given to my concerns. I am delighted with the treatment and I feel confident knowing that if the lesion returns, I have a place to come back to where I will receive the best care possible.
⭐ If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is honestly the worst dermatology office I have ever been to. If you actually want your problems solved, please go somewhere else. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and they clearly do not care about their patients — or the fact that some of us travel an hour or more just to be seen. I had two separate issues, so I had two appointments scheduled. The first time, yes, I was 15 minutes late — and they refused to see me. I completely understood it was my fault, so I accepted being rescheduled for the following week. But today I drove over an hour to get there, only to find out they had canceled my appointment without ANY notice. No phone call, no text, nothing. I stood there with no answers, no treatment, and completely wasted my time. This place made me feel like my concerns and my time meant absolutely nothing. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and honestly heartbroken that this is how they treat people. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has to rely on this clinic for care — patients deserve so much better
Dr. Andrade along with her assistant gave me excellent care. They both greeted me warmly ask was a new patient. Dr. Andrade took a biopsy of my main area of concern and we are working on a plan to address precancerous areas. I’m looking forward to going back. Great care and an awesome facility.
This office looks a bit shady from the outside, but once you get inside the actual Dermatology office- it is spotless, neat and clean. Check-in was quick and easy- though the receptionist was not super friendly she also was not rude. Alexis took me back to the patient room and was attentive asking why I was there. I was there for a number of reasons and shared all that. This was my first time accessing UCHealth Derm and I was due to see a PA- Kelly Moran. While Kelly was polite and professional I did not leave feeling heard or validated or individually treated. She kept comparing me to her other patients saying "your (situation) is not bad. I've seen worse, much worse, and I expected to see worse with you the way it was described." I was actually waiting for her to say "you are fine." I kind of felt like that saying "there's always someone richer, prettier, etc" with the comparisons. Yes, I am sure she has seen worse but that does not and should not diminish what I am experiencing with my own health issues (which she did confirm I have). I also did not feel she was very thorough with my full body check and did not explain the moles, lumps and bumps she did see or find unless I specifically asked. I do not think I will be returning next year for the annual exam- jury is still out if I will. Update June 2024: The review went from 2 to 4 stars because of how quick a response from this office I received about this review, their desire to remedy the situation, and have me feel heard! I am not sure if I will return to this particular doctor, but willing to give UCHealth Derm another chance!
I find the people here are very professional and friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 - 10 min. to see my provider. It's an easy location to get to. Parking is difficult if your in need of a handicap spot. There is an indoor garage with free visitor parking that has easy access.
