It started when I arrived. The staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Maria took me back to the examination room for follow up questions. She was very professional and also friendly. Dr. Chapman gave me a full once over, said every thing was good. He was also professional and personable. Checkout and scheduling was done perfectly and out I went. This experience was fantastic, thanks to all the staff I had the pleasure to meet for the first time!!

I had an outstanding experience at this dermatology office! The staff was exceptional, displaying a remarkable bedside manner that made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Every team member took the time to address all my questions at each stage of the process, ensuring I felt informed and at ease. The stitches were applied and removed with great expertise, showcasing their professionalism. I also want to highlight their flexibility; despite my mistake of arriving 90 minutes early due to an oversight in my calendar, they managed to accommodate me in their busy Friday schedule without hesitation. Dr. Amsbaugh was outstanding- he answered all my questions and was efficient taking care of my needs. The staff was courteous and helpful too. I drive three hours from home to see the Advanced Dermatology team- they’re that good.

Had a follow up appt with Dr Ray and I feel as though I am in more suited hands than the previous provider who worked with me and was not very thorough in examining someone with a history of melanoma .
