Dr. Stephanie Lai

Helped me so much with my debilitating medical issues, I feel like she actually listened and respected me as a patient; my family and I are so much better off specifically because of Dr. Lai's help over the years. Thank you so much for the treatments and referals.

We will never go back! Treatments never worked. Staff is rude. She was so impersonal. They forget you have appointments even when you show them a card they wrote it on and won’t see you. Also, my son got stopped by a train on his way to his appointment today and was 6 minutes late arriving. They rudely told my wife he had to reschedule because he was more than 5 minutes late and "that’s just our policy". That policy has never been communicated in any of the documentation or communications we have received. We will never go back. My wife is canceling her appointment as well. Services are terrible and this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Avoid this office at all cost! What a waste of time and money!

I can’t speak to how she is as a doctor because I never actually got to see her. I called in January to schedule, gave them all of my information including insurance, then waited 2 months for her first available appointment. Just arrived only to be told that they don’t take my insurance, "but you can self pay if you want to be seen today." Are you kidding me? Completely incompetent office staff.

I really appreciate her for taking care of my skin issues I have been dealing with my whole life.she was very nice and respectful and very helpful.i would recommend her to anyone that has a skin issues or anything else to the matter.

Dr. Stephanie Lai is an amazing dermatologist She figured out what was wrong when no one else could. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lai is awesome! Very thorough and informative, with a great personality.
