Lyn, her team, and her products are the BEST! Lyn is an expert, has a chemist on her team, and carefully researches and creates the best products — the results speak for themselves. Everything smells and feels amazing. I highly recommend this establishment and you will only wish you had started sooner like me.

I’ve been coming here for three months, and Leah was my esthetician. I decided to cancel my service after my last session because the experience was unprofessional and inconsistent. When I was late for one appointment, my session was cut short and the facial massage was removed. But when I arrived early for my most recent appointment, Leah showed up nearly 30 minutes late—even after saying she didn’t have a client before me. Not only was I not compensated with additional time, but she rushed through the service and still ended the session about 8 minutes early. As a self-employed massage therapist myself, I take punctuality and client care seriously. If I’m ever running behind, I always make sure to compensate my clients with extra time or a discount. That’s basic professionalism. This spa completely disregarded how inconvenienced I was, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I tried Dermed fundamental facial by Danielle Song and I had a great experience. This was my first time trying skincare by a licensed and certified Clinical Esthetician. I loved skin consulting and her recommendations. She was so professional and I was so relaxed and enjoyed the time. She also explained all products she was using and very kind. My skin was glowing after the skincare and I love it!

I had the most amazing experience with Danielle S. She gave me a Fundamental 101 facial along with dermaplaning that was not only relaxing but incredibly nice. My skin feels so smooth. The skin analysis was thorough and insightful. Danielle took her time to ensure I was comfortable and explained every step of the process, which I really appreciated. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional skincare treatments.

I tried the intro facial by Danielle and had a wonderful experience. She was welcoming, kind, and so very attentive. We started off with a scan of my face to identity problem areas and discussed any concerns I had. Once we got started with the facial, I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. Danielle walked me through all the steps and products she was using so that I knew exactly what treatments were being offered. She was thorough, informative, and gentle throughout the entire hour. My face was glowing after our first session and I can’t wait to get follow up treatments from Danielle going forward!

Excellent spa! I have seen Danielle for skin care services three times now. I have been extremely happy each time. She explains everything to you as she goes through the process. She is very caring, and is not pushy about purchasing unnecessary services and products like some other places can. I have already seen a difference after a few visits, and I will continue to use their services. Excellent service!
