I honestly don’t even know where to begin, this experience felt like heaven on earth. I’ve had many massages at many different places, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The women here truly have angelic hands. I booked the exfoliating head spa, and it was beyond anything I expected. The head wash alone was incredible, but it also included the most relaxing shoulder and arm massage, plus a facial experience I had never had before including an eye massage that felt unreal. The facial itself was deeply soothing and left me feeling completely restored. Every single step felt intentional, calming, and exactly what my body and nervous system needed. They even blow-dry your hair afterward, which was such a thoughtful touch. I walked out feeling lighter, happier, and genuinely cared for. The staff at H&Q Beauty are incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the space itself feels peaceful and nurturing. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, which makes it perfect for a little self-care day. I couldn’t be happier with this experience and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re considering booking, do it. Your body will thank you. ✨

Had such a unique and relaxing experience. I brought my husband with me and he loved it too! Very thorough cleaning with massage all throughout. Will definitely be coming back when my scalp needs a reset.

I went here today for the first time and had the most amazing experience ever. I got their scalp treatment which included a scalp massage, a facial, AND an upper body massage all under 60 minutes (and didn’t feel rushed at all). The staff were so sweet and kind. My masseuse Lucy was so amazing at her job. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a transcendental, treat-yourself experience !

My first visit to H&K Beauty Spa was truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I get massages regularly because of the physical demands of my job, so I’ve been to quite a few spas—but my experience here was beyond amazing. From start to finish, I’ve never felt so relaxed. The rooms are spotless and well-sanitized, and they use only top-quality products. I’ve been taken care of by Lucy—she’s absolutely the best! I highly recommend her and H&K Beauty Spa to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and professional experience.

4.5 stars, with room for small improvements, but very much worth visiting, especially if you don't have the time to head down to Chinatown or over to Queens. I recently visited first thing in the morning for the Advanced Head Therapy - 60 Minutes. If it's your first visit, the service is only $98 - but the catch here is that you must pay with cash, which they do not tell you beforehand. If you pay by card, there's a small fee (coming out to about $106). I booked a Tuesday morning appointment at 10 am, but a walk-in came at the same time and ended up getting served right away. We were offered tea or water while waiting. There was a slight delay, as it seems the employees were still arriving and setting up until about 10:10 am. The facility was very clean, which impressed me. You will want to wear or bring socks, as they have you switch into one-size-fits-all plastic slides, and my feet would have fallen out without socks on. There are two treatment tables in each room, so I suppose it's possible that you could be having your treatment done next to a stranger - and that would be a bit awkward if you didn't know beforehand. You are shown into the room, asked to change into a strapless robe and lay under the blanket. Sophia performed my treatment and she did an excellent job, but I would have liked her to explain what she was doing at each step, since she knew it was my first time. Having sensitive skin, I was a bit worried about how it would react to the facial and scalp treatment, but I left with very hydrated, glowing skin, and wonderfully soft, clean-feeling hair. My hair felt this way for several days after the treatment. Please note that they do blow-dry your hair (with Dyson tools), but the goal here is just to make sure you aren't going out with wet hair, not a blow-out - so my hair looked nice, but sort of flat. I also had not realized that the service doesn't include the screening of your scalp before and after. This may be included with the deluxe service, but it wasn't clear.

I had such a great experience here. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and felt amazing, and the hair treatment left my hair feeling so refreshed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind.

I just had the most amazing HydraFacial experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt so cared for, they even offered me water and comfy slippers, which was such a nice touch. The esthetician was incredibly thorough and attentive, explaining each step and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment itself was super relaxing, and my skin feels so clean, hydrated, and glowing now. You can tell they really take pride in their work and pay attention to every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!
