Had a biopsy on 11/25/2025...no communication, no results, no response to my request for results. After receiving lidocaine, no one showed up to perform the biopsy. I had to go looking for someone to complete it after 30 minutes. 12/6/2025 and still no idea if I have a malignancy or not.

10 stars. I can’t brag enough about the Green Bay office. Clean, efficient, the entire front office staff is phenomenal. The building looks like it should be an investment firm it’s so nice. I am so pleased with our dermatologist for my 6 year old. We have been twice now. Not only is she experienced, she is professional and knows her expertise and field well. I cannot recommend PA Stebnitz enough. She is top tier.

Caution...... they do not work with you on pay, with RIDICULOUS high bills..... it was at 1k and have brought it down to 300 and they sent me to collections even though im paying monthly on it. They dont send bills. Just striaght to collections after paying it for MONTHS. Go else where if you cannot pay 1k up front. This was a byopsy that was done.... not lip filler, not botox..... a biopsy to see if i had cancer. Heartless people.

My surgery was less than 2 weeks ago and as I wash my face, I'm amazed at how good my scar looks. I can't see the stitches and just waiting for a little swelling and redness to heal. Staff excellent and they are helpful with relaxing patient. I rate them with 5 stars.

My son had been dealing with some stubborn skin issues for about 3 or 4 years. Started bringing him to Megan Hotchkiss and within 2 months we are having successful results. Definitely recommend. She not only knows her stuff but is kind and patient as well as her staff. Definitely see Megan.

This is an update to my 2 star review. Although it's been almost a year from my visit I contacted them and asked if they would treat that missed area at a discount. They offered to do it for free. I'm beyond happy and thankful. That's great customer service.

Met with Stephanie Paape PA and she was so so kind and helpful. Very reassuring and answered all my questions. Made me feel so validated and listened to. Was able to get an appointment right away. A really great experience!
