My wife had a great experience when she visited the skin clinic yesterday. The clinical CEO Ms. Ericka and Kate were very thorough and carefully developed a treatment plan for my wife for her laser facial treatment. We didn’t know my wife had skin tags and they could easily be removed with the laser. I thought they were just moles. They provided clear post op instructions and guidance for after the procedure. Seeing how great of a service they provided for my wife as a team. This will be a great gift for any mother on Mother’s Day.

I have been going to Image for over ten years for monthly facials and love it! Each facial includes a special treatment that is customized to your skin on that day. This is much appreciated as my skin needs fluctuate. The treatments also include a relaxing shoulder/ arm massage. I have out of town friends who insist we go to Image when they visit because it is that good!

I’ve been going for several years, and they always have excellent service. I get the facials and laser treatments. The laser treatments have helped with the dark sun spots on my face. The facials have also helped with making my face and skin feel less dry. I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in Korean facial skin treatments.

I went in for an acne treatment and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin feels great and it reduced my acne significantly. I highly recommend. The staff were very polite and provided great service. I saw that they had other services I would like to try so I will be going in again soon!

I have been coming here for over 5 years. They use high-quality products and personalized care. It made a significant difference in my skin. The staffs are very personable and professional at the same time. I strongly recommend this place.

They're not as bad, I've had people around me who saw improvements, but it just didn't work out for me- it made it a bit worse in my case but they knie what they're doing, much inexpensive than American salons but just just as effective ------------------------ I got overcharged and they know they did. They do have the best equipment and treatment, though. I would return if they don't overcharge me but there's no fixed price. They do know their client's skin conditions at a glance, so that was very surprising. They know what they're doing, but I was overcharged and they know it. (I do agree with all positive comments below, doesn't apply to me, sadly.)

I live in Boston and make sure to visit Image Skin Clinic multiple times a year. They are extremely professional and have the latest technology. The clinic is very modern and spotless ! Erika and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and you will see great results.
