I had a really positive experience with the medical team during my appointment. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for. I did have a less pleasant interaction with one of the front desk staff members during check-in and check-out, as she wasn’t very friendly. That said, her coworker, a gal with long brown hair, handled my checkout and was kind and helpful. Overall, the quality of care is excellent, and most of the staff are wonderful.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Brown for skillfully removing a marble-sized sebaceous cyst from my face. The procedure was performed with exceptional care and expertise, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Dr. Brown and her outstanding nurse provided attentive, professional support, ensuring my comfort and well-being every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication and high standard of care. Thank you both — Dr. Brown is truly the best!

Dr Brown was wonderful! She is empathetic, caring and has a great bedside manner. Nice comfortable office with things for the kids to do. Office staff were very busy and I felt like a little bit of an inconvenience to them, I understand being busy but a smile and warm welcome go a long way. Scheduling is pretty tight, wasn’t able to get back in with Dr Brown in the time she wanted to follow up.

We drove in from the valley for an appointment (so an hour drive each way) for a 15 minute wait and a 30 minute appointment where we only saw the PA who couldn’t give us any answers, and the doctor who might have been able to was unavailable. The doctor is supposed to call to follow up on some pictures that were taken, so I’m hoping that we will get more information at some point. All of the staff was very friendly and professional but we left without any information or even knowledge for a follow up appointment. And probably will face a hefty bill because… America…

Pleasant, helpful front desk staff, nurse assistant was great, doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. Waiting area comfortable and inviting. It is a win-win for me!

I was very impressed with Dr. Gina Brown and her overall first hand knowledge. She was professional and friendly. They got me in quickly and she was able to diagnose my symptoms and make a plan. Because of an upcoming wedding, we delayed treatment and she made me feel very comfortable with that decision.

Dr. McLeish has treated several members of our family and has always been very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend! The receptionist, however, in Dr. Brown’s office is very unpleasant. I have observed her on multiple occasions, be very snippy and condescending towards patients.
